They came out when they said they would, did the job in the amount of time they said it would take for the amount they said it would cost. They sold me exactly what I needed to hopefully keep my basement from flooding and didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need, subsequently their quote was 1/3 of those other waterproofing guys and I'm willing to bet my basement will stay dry just as long! This review is based on the representative who came out just to inspect the basement. All that happened was the gentleman came down to the basement, look around, found some mold in a corner, told us that we needed to demold the basement and then to contact him again shortly after. We asked if the demolding was something we could do (it was on concrete) and he handed us a business card to a company that demolds. I then asked him if he could give us an idea of what Dry Otter would do and he said, "i rather not give you that until the demolding is done and then let me know and I'll come back to inspect." We've had two other companies come to inspect our basement and both those other companies could at least tell us what they planned to do. I understand that not all proposals are concrete, but an idea of what to expect would have been nice. The gentleman spent all of 10 minutes doing his "inspection."
