This was my first and will be my last experience with this outfit. I called around and this was the only place I could find a laminate flooring cutter. I again asked specifically if the cutter would cut 12mm laminate and was told yes. The following morning I started my floor project. The cutter was crap and would not even begin to cut my laminate. Of course they are closed Sunday. Monday morning I returned the cutter and told them not to tell customers the cutter worked on laminate. The counter guy totally didn't care and did not offer a discount or a refund. Stick with Home Depot for rental equipment, lesson learned.
