Does it make sense for a doctor to prescribe a medication that no single pharmacy in the entire…read moretown has? And when you call back to get any sort of help, you get screamed at by the oncall doctor who is unhelpful, and does not understand empathy or pain of patients who have to do so much to advocate for themselves over and over again to get access to SINGLE MEDICATION? I came at 1:45pm to be seen. After 5pm, the prescription finally gets sent out. When it gets sent out, I'm on the phone with over 5+ pharmacies, over and over again who all say they dont have the medication, but they do have the elixir form. I call the oncall doctor (who is not my doctor because I'm running out of time, and pharmacies will close) to see she can send the elixir form and she starts screaming at me saying I shouldn't be using the phone. Rupa Reddy, you're a sick awful severely deranged person. I have had a severe mouth sores for over a week hoping they can help, and now the day is over, everyone left, and I did not receive my medication, and I'm in severe pain. Thats just how awful this office is, they don't give a shit about their patients.

My husband and I got our appointments within 2 weeks of contacting the practice and they were one right after another which made it so easy for us. When we arrived, the women at the front desk were SO kind and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home right away. The medical assistant (she had pink hair) was so friendly and very good at her job. Dr. Sun is easily the best PCP I've ever had, and I knew that right off the bat. Not only is she incredibly warm and kind, but she is thorough, upbeat, understanding and truly listens when you bring up a concern. She made me feel comfortable within seconds of meeting her and I could tell she not only cares deeply about her patients, but she is an excellent doctor. My husband had an equally positive experience with her. We are very happy to have found Chelmsford Primary Care and Dr. Sun, and we hope to be patients here for many years to come.

The staff did move me up in line to be seen but I was told I had to sit there in the waiting room until I was called. I knew I was going to faint so sat on the floor with my head back. I told the staff I was going to be sick and I was given a barf bag (gave me the bag and walked away). I got sick in front in all the people in the waiting room. Someone did come out to take my vitals but was unable to as I was getting sick, she also walked away. I sat/laid on the floor for about another 10 -15 minutes until I was called. If there were no beds available at least move me to the back so I don't have to sit on the floor and get sick in front of the people waiting. A little empathy goes a long way. Very poor care! This friend is tough and she loves Sue which speaks volumes to me. I'm not sure if I have ever seen my Primary Care Physician, Tricia Scott. I usually just see Sue. The other nurses that come in before Sue to take the vitals are also wonderful, kind, and good at what they do. The comments being written about the front desk are very true! A lot of these girls are extraordinarily rude. There is one (whose name escapes me) that has been there for a couple of years who is very friendly and helpful, but I've really only met the one at this office. I've been going there for about seven years or so.

I started out as an OB patient for my pregnancy, then pediatrics, internal medicine and ENT. Dr. Braescu and Meagan Luther NP in the OB office are amazing. My daughter's pediatrician, Dr. David Salomon is top notch. His knowledge, bedside manner, and gentle, honest approach is the best my family could ask for. I changed my PCP to Dr. Gupta who is kind, genuine, and thorough. She was the only doctor to suggest TMJ out of all the doctors I had seen, including 2 neurologists. Radiology was able to detect a cerebral cyst and placenta previa during gestation. After having my daughter 5 weeks early, the bills were quite large and the payments department was very accommodating (no judgement, no pressure). While I do not know the circumstances surrounding the negative feedback, I do know the difference between an "ok" doctor to great doctors. My care team is exceptional.
