David DAJANI is the worst realtor I've ever worked with…read more First of all, he is very sloppy . The lease contract he put in had a typo and which caused a legal conflict between the landlord and the renter. Second, he's misleading . he promised there was a new lease coming and asked me to cancel the lease for the current tenant. but after we did that he did not close the new lease. Finally don't expect him to do a walk-through when lease finishes because he will not do that. He is totally irresponsible.

He went…read moreabove and beyond to make my dream home purchase happen in less than 3 weeks from start to finish. A week ahead of schedule! He came highly recommended from a coworker who had worked with him on buying her dream home and I cannot recommend David enough myself. He's very responsive, organized and on top of everything. I genuinely enjoyed his company during the entire process and can confidently say, it would not have been possible to get the amazing deal I got without him. As an out-of-state buyer in the middle of a cross-country move, David truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and when little challenges came up during the closing process he made sure we resolved them quickly and successfully. His project management and communication skills are second to none! As a busy professional managing multiple vendors during my move, I really appreciated having him in my corner. During our initial chat, David asked thoughtful questions to better understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions thoroughly and shared insights about the local market. And believe me -- there were many questions as this was my first home purchase. He handles them all like a pro. Within 2 days of our initial chat, David had scheduled open houses for all the properties I was interested in. We did house tours over FaceTime and he took extra time to de-brief after each visit. I ended up taking a red eye to meet him the next day and he greeted me bright and early to brief me on rest of the home tours and strategize the offer process. Given how hot the Miami real estate market is and how slow things tend to move in the city -- it was no small feat for David to organize all home tours so quickly. It made a huge difference in me making and offer and purchasing my dream Miami home. Throughout David was thorough, super responsive and always available to answer questions and strategize the negotiations. I really appreciated his direct, frank and skillful advice and help in working with the reps of the seller for the property I eventually purchased. He helped me organize the inspection, work with my lender and condo association on approvals needed during the closing process. David even helped me find home insurance when I struggled to find a good company. Most out-of-state buyers would be surprised to find this quite challenging for coastal properties in Miami because most big name companies do not offer coverage. An added bonus -- David is very well connected and even helped me find temp housing and contractors for the renovations I ended up doing. If you are an out-of-state buyer like me -- it is very helpful having an agent like David who would go the extra mile. If you are looking to buy -- look no further than David. You'd be happy you did!
