We needed a broker who could move quickly, think strategically, and execute flawlessly under pressure -- and Eric exceeded every expectation. From day one, he implemented precise, targeted marketing that immediately repositioned our listing. Leveraging his strong network, he generated serious traffic right away. Within days of going live, we sourced multiple buyer offers -- and ultimately closed in under 30 days. Eric's negotiation strategies were sharp and deliberate. He didn't just bring us offers -- he brought us leverage. His responsiveness, swift action-taking, and consistent feedback kept momentum high and timelines tight. We placed extremely aggressive deadlines in front of him, and he delivered without hesitation. Beyond the transaction itself, Eric went above and beyond to help us tie up loose ends on project completion so we could get to the closing table smoothly. He operates as a true team player -- collaborative, solutions-oriented, and relentlessly professional. What sets Eric apart most is his passionate accountability. He owns his work. He follows through. He treats your investment as if it were his own. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him without hesitation. I look forward to partnering with him again on future projects.

For our initial meeting, Abraham arrived five minutes early at the appointed day and time. That alone sets him apart from anyone else in South Florida, but it gets even better. My inherited home was in dilapidated condition since my father never took care of it; it had termites, rotten wood, cracks on the walls, in terrible condition. I was afraid I would get a low price for the house, if anyone would buy it at all. With the utmost confidence Abraham assured me that not only could he sell it, he would sell it for one million. I was doubtful of this claim, but he walked me through all the steps and described his approach to selling my particular house. His ability to tailor the sales approach to the house is admirable. The house sold in 6 weeks. He even beat his own estimate of one million, having sold it for even more. I was both stunned and grateful. Abraham Ash is embodiment of talent and professionalism. He is THE realtor par excellence.

We found Abe on Yelp as the best-rated realtor in Miami. I believe we were initially only looking…read moreat the Brickell area. Coming in from the cut-throat SF Bay Area market with near-zero inventory, we were overwhelmed by the options available in Miami. Abe found us a spot right by the Biscayne Bay at the Margaret Pace Park in Edgewater. We have butterflies in our tummies as we are in love with our new home. This is 100% thanks to Abe. Abe knows every patch of land in Brickell, Edgewater, Downtown, and other parts of Miami. He knows the history of each building, what's coming next that could block your views, the HoA rules for each building, the heights of all buildings, and the views from each side of the building. It is mindboggling. We had assumed Abe would spend 3-4hrs with us and then let us go to do our own search. Instead, he spent multiple days with us non-stop, with some days where we even skipped meal breaks and walked around until our legs hurt. He is a natural at driving around the various pockets of Miami, navigating the streets while also being a tour guide. His ability to multitask like this helped us a lot. I still remember how, while driving around the Edgewater area, my wife and I simultaneously felt "wow, this neighborhood has a chic vibe we liked." We fell in love with Edgewater, though we had come in focused on Brickell. Abe is very good at sharing both the good and the bad about each option. There was a point we had already picked a new construction project that was nearly 3X of the next property we had scheduled to see. Abe was still showing us the pros of this new property, even if it would be significantly less of a deal size. He demonstrated many such signs of transparency and integrity during our entire time with him. We wish Abe the best and feel that if you get to know him and work out a nice rhythm, you can find the home or investment property of your dreams.

The agent promised that the condos would be finished in September 2910. Our house was sold in May 2019, thinking that we would be renting from 4-6 months. On multiple occasions, when it was pointed out to them that construction wasn't proceeding as promised, they refused to acknowledge that this was the case and continued to promote the idea that construction was proceeding as planned. Because of their persistent lies and misrepresentations, we wound up renting until May 2021, overpaying for storage and rent, requiring two extra moves, losing hundred of thousands of dollars. Great experience, I Highly recommend Paula Barrera when buying a home…read more The Wife and I wanted to buy a house and did not know the first thing about the process. We looked in yelp and wanted to contact her based on all the great reviews. Paula was very professional, responsive and honest. She is also very attentive to her clients and a breath of fresh air for this industry. She quickly became invaluable to our needs and the best person for the job. When we called and spoke to her, she promptly made time to meet us at her office or a place of our preference. Before the meeting she sent us a booklet by email (authored by her!) that lays out the process very simply. It prepared us for the meeting and process as a whole. The booklet was a very helpful and a nice surprise we didn't expect. When we met we knew right away we would go with Paula as our realtor. She was very forthcoming, professional and ethical. The type of person that you want to do business with and lookout for your interest. She already had an idea of the area we were looking in and our needs based on the phone conversation. She prepared a folder with research of the market in that area and explained us the numbers what they meant and what we would expect. She is also a very knowledgeable and a great communicator, thereby making us know we were in the right hands. Through out the process she used her expertise and smarts to guide us and help us understand better what it was we wanted and what we would be looking at in term of the process, the time, and the possible costs associated with buying a house. Paula would promptly answer her phone, text us or email us when we had questions. She returned calls with answers to our concerns very quickly. She also was right-on regarding her opinion on worth of houses and repairs we would need. Her guidance helped us to make a better decision and we are grateful that we were able to work with her on buying our first home. She was also very flexible and understanding of our schedule to show us houses when our schedule allowed. She leverages technology to make things happen quickly. She asked our preference and based on that used Phone, email, text, personalized timeline to not miss timelines, easy electronic documents and whatever else technology is available! This made it very easy to communicate, keep deadlines and sign contracts when making an offer. It saved us lots of time and stress! Finally, for closing she also made a nice organized binder with all the documentation we would need. I appreciate such attention to detail, that binder was a huge time saver and put my mind at ease from having to do that myself. In summary, Paula made the process smooth and enjoyable as it can be. She is the person you want on your side when buying a home. She's one of the best!
