From the very first email I received with a video message to the moment I walked into his office I was already very impressed with his helpful attitude and pure professionalism. Throughout the entire home buying experience Michael went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met every step of the way. All of my questions and concerns were met with detailed and thorough responses and any recommendations he provided have proved to be spectacular. Michael shows great care for all of his clients, past and present, often noting that he had recently sold a property in a neighborhood we were looking at just last week/month/year... and a handful of times his previous clients spotted him back in the neighborhood, they came out of their way to say hi and talk about how happy they were and how great HE was. Hearing all of their stunning reviews in person and recognizing the consistency in what they were saying with what I was experiencing personally prompted me to come here and write this review. I would highly Recommend The Nathanson Brothers Team for your real estate needs.

I've dealt with a lot real estate professionals over the past 10 years and Mike is definitely among…read morethe cream of the crop. I first engaged with Mike via email while I started to look for a second home in the Fort Lauderdale area. I had been to Fort Lauderdale several times in the past as a tourist, but was completely clueless when it came to the residential neighborhoods. After a couple months of research, I dumped a mile-long list of requirements and perspective listings on Mike and, quite frankly, was a little nervous that I had overwhelmed him. I was wrong, however, and flew down for a weekend of property hunting that was extremely productive and was well-targeted in regards to my requirements. Mike did a great job finding a mix between exact listings I wanted to see, coupled with similar listings in various parts of city, enabling us to get a true flavor of the entire area. When I finally decided to make an offer, Mike's knowledge of the area, construction (he's a house flipper, himself) and just general personal insight gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. During contract phase, Mike was there every step of the way and was highly-engaged and hands-on throughout the 45 days. He made a number of visits to the house, ensured that repairs were being done in a timely and quality fashion, and helped coordinate activities between legal, lending and the seller. This was particularly important to me given that I was either back at my home in NYC or flying all over the world on business during this time - he was my "eyes and ears" on the ground. He was extremely responsive via email, text and was there for a call any time I needed to chat. Never did I feel that I was "in the dark" on any issue. I highly recommend Mike for your Ft. Lauderdale / Miami real estate needs and will definitely use him again the next time I need a real estate professional.
