I first engaged with Mike via email while I started to look for a second home in the Fort Lauderdale area. I had been to Fort Lauderdale several times in the past as a tourist, but was completely clueless when it came to the residential neighborhoods. After a couple months of research, I dumped a mile-long list of requirements and perspective listings on Mike and, quite frankly, was a little nervous that I had overwhelmed him. I was wrong, however, and flew down for a weekend of property hunting that was extremely productive and was well-targeted in regards to my requirements. Mike did a great job finding a mix between exact listings I wanted to see, coupled with similar listings in various parts of city, enabling us to get a true flavor of the entire area. When I finally decided to make an offer, Mike's knowledge of the area, construction (he's a house flipper, himself) and just general personal insight gave us confidence that we were making the right decision. During contract phase, Mike was there every step of the way and was highly-engaged and hands-on throughout the 45 days. He made a number of visits to the house, ensured that repairs were being done in a timely and quality fashion, and helped coordinate activities between legal, lending and the seller. This was particularly important to me given that I was either back at my home in NYC or flying all over the world on business during this time - he was my "eyes and ears" on the ground. He was extremely responsive via email, text and was there for a call any time I needed to chat. Never did I feel that I was "in the dark" on any issue. I highly recommend Mike for your Ft. Lauderdale / Miami real estate needs and will definitely use him again the next time I need a real estate professional.

We are SO SO blown away by Adam. We were looking at a place in Fort Lauderdale to escape to and…read morecame across Adam during our search. We needed to find something within the week and after 4 days of looking with no success, the minute I talked to Adam, I could tell he was super knowledgeable as he is native to the area and I was further impressed by the relationships he has with local developers and other realtors. Adam immediately helped us narrow down our selection and within 3 hours, he found the place of our dreams and negotiated the price point to what we wanted! He made sure we had the contract in hand before we left and beyond his master real estate skills, he truly made us feel cared for, even taking us on his boat and showing us the area! Adam is more than just a realtor, he feels like the most trusted member of a family and we are beyond grateful to have met him!

Quite simply, Adam is the best. You won't get a better realtor than he is…read more I initially found Adam online in December 2018 to obtain information about selling my home in Florida, and I am located out-of-state. He spent a long time with me - about an hour - even though I had just called him that same day. After speaking with him for that long and realizing that Adam knew the greater Fort Lauderdale area better than almost anyone (he's been there his whole life), I know he was the one to sell my home (gut feeling). I knew I could rely on Adam as tireless and totally honest. And I knew that would always be the case. When Adam resulted in being a realtor who would spend hours speaking with me (as I wrestled with the sales price - always a tough one - and a difficult sales market), I was very satisfied. Yet, I wasn't surprised because I just knew he was really dedicated, and more than anything, he wants you to know all that's happening - the good and the bad. That's the way the world is, and Adam is straightforward. He came up with a winning strategy to sell my home, and it worked. Also, being out-of-state, I didn't need to go down to empty the place out. I relied on Adam to do take care of that for me. So in my mind, Adam is not just a realtor, but a person you can have total faith in to not only sell your home, but to help you in all the other matters that you might encounter. You never know what might pop up, and if you're not local, Adam will handle it for you - even tidying the place up for you or getting the place ready for the final walk-through. For that, I am grateful to have found Adam to begin with, to recognize in that first conversation that he was the one, and then to see him follow through completely. He is a "realtor plus." Many sales of homes can be nerve-wracking experiences because then you become aware of so many variables outside of your control that affect not only the value of your home, but the time that it sits on the market (the US economy, the Federal Reserve, the local economy, local housing supply and demand, neighbors deciding to also sell). I listed in January and sold 11 weeks later - not bad at all - and that was in a tough market for sellers. So I was quite pleased. When I first met Adam, he came to my Florida house and came up with a value to recommend to me, which was methodically calculated. Adam gave me great suggestions - at reasonable cost - required for "staging" since my home was a 3-bedroom, and 2 of the bedrooms were empty. The photographer whom Adam had hired for the website pics was absolutely superb. And, I'd check in with Adam maybe once a week, and he was always responsive either answering right away or calling me back in a short time. And he'd spend as much time as I needed to understand the situation. To sum up, you just can't go wrong if you pick Adam as your realtor. He's tireless, dedicated to the client, always available, and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Therefore, I knew I needed a property management company to handle those unique set of challenges in my absence. I had researched many properties management companies online in the Fort Lauderdale area. I happened to come across Icon Realty Management and Brokerage. After reading the great reviews and my conversation with Ben and finally meeting him at the property. I decided to have them manage my property. Within 2 days of Icon Realty having the property in their listings, it was rented on day 2 (two). Ben, At Icon Realty has truly been professional and responsive thought the whole process. I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with this realty company and their agents during our home purchase. Although they represented both buyer and seller, they repeatedly misrepresented facts, resisted reasonable due diligence, and created unnecessary conflicts with all parties involved. Routine requests were challenged, and issues only moved forward when escalated. We were left to handle the purchase blindly as we couldn't trust the agents or the information we were receiving. After closing, we learned the seller shared similar concerns. In one case, both parties preferred a repair credit, yet that option was never communicated. In a dual-agency situation, transparency and neutrality are critical -- and those standards were not met. Instead of facilitating the deal, their conduct caused unmeasurable stress, delays, and distrust. I would suggest going with any other company.
