Brian and the adjustor came out to our house immediately, inspected the damage and pointed out work that was needed to make sure the bedroom was total safe. They pointed out possible problems we never considered. ( duct work cleaning, bed steamed cleaned etc) They were great . The workers involved in the restoration were top notch . Josh ,the carpentar, was very professional, clean , talented and the hardest working guy I have seen in years. His work was meticulous and spot on for what we wanted. The last day A.R. sent out extra people , Jose and Julie, to make sure the job was satisfactory to our wishes. Good Companies are built on great employees. Josh , Jose and Julie were kind, hard working and represented the company well. They were so good we treated them with pizza for their efforts. The job was done on time as Brian promised. ( when was the last time you heard construction was completed on time ?) I would highly recommend A. R. and we would make them our first call if a problem with house damage occurs again. Hopefully not .

I got in touch with someone this year about a quote to replace mine, soon enough Cam came and did the measurements and sent me a quote. I was really excited to work with GMH Fence Company on an aluminum fence project for my home in…read moreEast Longmeadow. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of what I expected from a professional company. From the start, my interactions with their Sales/Quote representative, Glenn, were frustrating and unprofessional. He struggled to hold a clear conversation about product specifications and talked over me when I tried to ask questions. When I held him accountable to the original options he had presented, he even suggested I should just go with another fence company. On two separate occasions, Glenn promised to deliver a detailed quote within 24 hours. Both times, GMH didn't deliver. They did provide an excuse by saying they were waiting on me to provide quote options for vinyl but that is not true. Glenn stated "I just bought a trailer of aluminum and had to see what the freight was" before the quote and now I understand they were trying to push me a different product than originally provided. Over all I waited over a week to receive anything. When I finally got the quote and began asking detailed questions about the aluminum fence I wanted to order, the experience went downhill quickly. Glenn seemed unable or unwilling to answer my legitimate questions and started pushing a completely different product than what was originally discussed. After reaching out to GMH with my feedback, the company showed little concern. Instead of addressing the issues, they sent me a revised quote that was nearly double the original price, claiming the fence option I wanted had been discontinued. This was a clear case of over-promising and under-delivering. Before doing business with GMH, I strongly recommend that future customers: * Carefully validate the exact product specifications and options immediately available * Ensure everything discussed (including brochure details option) is clearly listed on the written quote * Get all promises in writing I truly wanted to work with GMH and had high hopes based on their initial presentation, but the entire process--from quoting to follow-up--was filled with unnecessary frustration and inconsistency. I hope this review helps my neighbors in East Longmeadow avoid a similar experience.
