I was really hoping for something much better. I wasn't looking for perfection but at least good. After calling Drop Mint and talking to a really nice guy about the service, I asked how the folding was with towels and bed sheets because I'm not good at it all. I was assured that towels and sheets was their specialty and I would be very happy. Not the case at all. It was possibly the worst folding I've ever seen. I had to refold almost everything and I assure you I'm not that picky. The bright side is that the pick up and delivery went smoothly and the items were clean but after spending nearly $170 on the laundry service I was truly hoping for something better than I could do. I would have a hard time using Drop Mint again or giving them a referral. From the reviews I see that my review is not typical and perhaps they had the C-team on that day. read more

Have to say this Drop Mint is the best in town at getting the toughest stains out! A very quick turn around and wonderful customer service. They saved me from a terrible situation. I am in town visiting and spilled a ton of red nail polish on the airbnb comforter that is white and black. I tried everything to get it out and had no idea what to do. I found them on yelp and called them within in an hour they picked it up at my location and got the stain out and returned it the next day!! Other dry cleaners I called turned me away saying it was nearly impossible to get out and they didn't speak English. Unbelievable service! We were vacationing in San Diego for a week and ran short on clothes. I checked Yelp for some laundry services because I didn't want to spend my vacation time sitting at a laundromat. DropMint had great reviews... so I checked out their website. Their website had tons of info and seemed easy to use... so I placed an online order. So, so easy and intuitive to use! I was able to set my pick up and drop off times based on when we planned to be back at the hotel. The customer service was TOP NOTCH! I got text messages and emails with updates... and the guy that came to pick up our bag answered all my questions and was awesome... so friendly and professional! I scheduled for 24-hour turnaround... I got an email with my invoice a few hours before my scheduled drop off. Our clean clothes actually were delivered about 20 minutes ahead of our scheduled window... which I knew because I got my nifty texy messages! When we got back to the hotel room, we had a bright red DropMint bag waiting for us with perfectly folded and organized clean clothes. They even wrapped our clean socks and underwear with a paper wrapped to prevent them from unfolding! Yes... the service is a little pricey... but the quality, service and communication we got helped make our vacation a lot easier. Awesome company!! Would definitely use them again! read more
