I am so excited to introduce AW Photography to the public and fellow Yelp elite family and friends…read more Now they are not a new business they've been around for a minute and when you first meet them they have got to be the cutest couple in the world. Alex and Wendy have got two completely different personalities she is from England so it is just hilarious to interact with her because of the different cultures. They know how to bounce ideas off of each other to make the pictures perfect. When I got my photography session I was so very nervous but they have a way of just putting you at ease that within a few minutes you are just having a ball! They do not force you into poses that are not natural which is a huge bonus in my opinion and they learn how to get the best end results even if it's kind of unconventional. For example me I apparently would do a little duck face not realizing it and then I would giggle or I would smile that is the picture that Alex wanted to capture and I had no clue until I saw the pictures in the end and was just amazed. I would highly highly recommend them for any type of event, Christmas cards, whatever you are looking for at least go meet them and I do know that there is one negative review on here but take my word for it say they are a five star company.

Booking and payment were super easy online, and communication was excellent the whole way through. We told him we got married 25 years ago on a beach somewhere on the Nevada side of South Lake Tahoe (the exact spot is still a mystery!), and when he suggested Zephyr Cove Resort Beach, we knew he was our guy. I'll admit I was more nervous than my husband, but Daniel immediately made us feel comfortable. He's easy to talk to, fun, and knows exactly how to guide you through natural poses without anything feeling fake. We were laughing (actual laughing tears!) the entire time. We had the best time. We just got our proofs back, and I am beyond thrilled. His work is beautiful!! We started at 5pm and he got all the best of the area! Unreal!! You 'd never even know it was one of the windiest days ever! I can't wait to see the full gallery. If you're in the South Lake Tahoe area and need a photographer who's talented, personable, and genuinely cares about your experience, Daniel is the one.

I don't even know where to begin with this review, but Sierra Nevada Photography is the place to…read morego, especially for boudoir photos. I won a boudoir package from Sierra (owner and photographer of Sierra Nevada Photography) in June and did it in July. I was so nervous and didn't know what to expect, but Sierra answered all my questions to ease the nerves. The day I went was actually a really dark day for me, but those photos showed a different side of myself I have never seen and really wanted to embrace. I didn't bring a lot of clothes and I was stiff and still nervous, but Sierra was nice and I ended up being comfortable enough. In August, I purchase a mini session with Sierra and her partner in crime, Cass (she does modeling and they own their studio together). I was more comfortable this round and brought more clothing options and really stepped out of my comfort zone. I talked more while I got my hair and makeup done (that was included in the first shoot too), and was really open to posing and what Sierra and Cass wanted to do. It was a lot easier the second go around because I knew what to expect. Sierra knows what she's doing, but is always open to ideas and different poses. Cass was fun to hang out with too! I love all the photos that were taken and Sierra does amazing editing. Each session portrays myself and how I felt in that time and they're amazing. I plan to go back to Sierra at some point in 2021. I definitely want to do a Spooky boudoir in October, but will look into one earlier in the year. Go to Sierra, it'll be amazing! She had an Instagram as well: sierranvphotography

I couldn't have made a better choice than Erin Nicole Photo …read more I came across Erin's work as I was looking for a photographer that had a moodier vibe , which is more difficult to find in the Reno/Tahoe area than I initially realized . She branded herself beautifully + what caught my attention was the fact that she seemed to favor the raw + unconventional moments more than the standard wedding photos you see . We decided to hire Erin for our engagement party, to see what she really has to offer + how she is to work with as she was newer to the professional photography business. Erin is not only one of the sweetest vendors I've ever encountered but she is very attentive of what you want + are looking for out of her pictures . Our engagement party AND our intimate engagement pictures turned out better than I was ever hoping , which was exciting because she has an incredible amount of potential + we got to be a part of her success + growth to the top ! Being an artist myself , I always want to give the people I hire creative freedom + guide them only with inspiration rather than specifics. Erin is very good at feeling out your style + delivering incredibly special photos that you could have only dreamed of . I couldn't wait to work with her for our wedding day - Our wedding took place in an industrial style venue + later at night (6pm) so I was interested to see how Erin would handle it being that it is slightly off-brand for her.. she did phenomenally in our opinion . However , something even more phenomenal about Erin is; if she isn't completely satisfied or feels that there wasn't enough time for the absolute best of her work , she will reach out to you for a post-wedding session and dedicate an entire day to get THE absolute best shots she can . We did this , as our wedding coordinator rushed erin during our intimate photos + this post-wedding session turned out to be such a beautiful experience for my husband + I . We had time to really be our raw , authentic selves + it really shows through in her pictures ! I also was happy to see Erin enjoy this process as much as we did + have her do something a little out of her comfort zone + see her absolutely kill it . I couldn't have asked for a better photographer + Erin will always be our go-to for any of our photography needs . -Thank you Erin. You made our most important day that much more special + we will get to cherish it for the rest of our lives thanks to you + your incredible work .

She went above and beyond by acting as, not only our photographer, but our coordinator and scheduling assistant. I was genuinely so relieved to find out how professional and on top of things Ashley was. She guided my wife and I through every step of the way. One of the coolest things about the process was the day-of schedule Ashley generated; this was so helpful in pulling everything together and getting all the vendors on the same page (something my wife and I were probably incapable of doing ourselves).
