While the atmosphere was friendly and inviting, it took 4 hours to cut and highlight my hair. Once done, the highlights were blotchy at the root and the cut was not at all what I asked for. I could probably live with the too-short layers if they weren't so choppy, making my once low-maintenance long hair a nightmare to style each day. After the tearful drive home, I used a box color to try to blend some of the blotches with the highlights and calm the brassy color (it helped a little). Luckily my hair grows fast and I'll recover from the cut eventually. Part of me feels bad writing a review like this because of the friendly community-feel there, but I have been upset for two weeks now each time I go to do my hair and feel I lost months of valued hair growth, 4 hours on a Saturday and $140+.
