If you do that they actually let you collect interest on your checking account! It used to be 3% I think but then they lowered it to 1.5%. You can also use any ATM with no service charge. That is super cool and convenient. The draw backs are they are only in Utah. I lived out of state for a bit so that was kind of tough. They also have a very active fraud department. If you go out of town make sure you call and let them know or they will shut your card off. Also if you are out of town with a deactivated card you can only call them during business hours. Kind of a pain.

About 2 years ago, I switched my insurance (3 cars, Home Owners, Personal Property, and Umbrella)…read morepolicies from USAA where I'd been for about 40 years to Bryant and State Farm. USAA had raised my premiums several times and become much less responsive and customer focused than it had been. Bryant's proposal for similar integrated insurance coverage saved me just over $2,000/year, which by itself was GREAT!!!! Over the past couple of years, I've reached out to him and his team several times. They have been pleasant, knowledgeable, and very capable in addressing all of my concerns and resolving any issues. (Sadly, I am not the easiest person to serve) Last month my car was hit by a US Foods semi parked in the middle of the turn lanes in downtown Provo. Apparently the driver did not see my car beside him (in the driving lane), and he pulled into it when the light turned green in front of my car. Bryant and his team provided some valuable assistance in navigating this situation. I highly recommend Bryant to other customers with high expectations who are also concerned about costs.

Was quoted 123 a month for personal, and they'd get back to me on business accnts. I said great is that the best rate around/competitors they assured me it was so I gave them my card # for deposit. 10 mins later I get a call from another agent with BETTER coverage for 82 a month. I go to the store tell them this and ask to cancel that policy, The guy gets a very aggressive tone and expression and nearly yells"we're not interested in doing that" I'm a young business owner, I laughed thinking this was a joke as I was discussing 3+million dollars of policy coverage with him moments ago. And he just stared at me in awkward silence, got up and brought back two papers sign here sign here. I asked about the office insurance and he just says, we aren't going to do that, we don't want your business, leave, now. Which is fine, I hope they don't want anyone else's business either. Stay away from these guys, better coverage for almost half elsewhere. Just unbelievable to me, it's business. Best rates usually get the business, sounds like he knows he's not beating anyone's prices, or even going to try for you, just wait for the next sucker to call. Hope this helps someone!
