They had us come right over and the technician, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave us several tips, and did a complete system check and found no leaks, but did find what had caused our problem. So when you hook up your tanks, be sure to always hook them up completely and don't leave the little coupling unattached. Something my husband never did until this last time changing out the tank. But that is what caused our problem. They even spent some time checking our slide out, which wouldn't open and gave us an idea of what it should cost and about where we could go to get it fixed down the road. They were very reasonable and mostly for us gave us an incredible of mind. Thanks again, guys for all your help!

When we arrived at the airport yesterday we were told there was no car for us as we had cancelled it yesterday. Knowing we hadn't I called AMA (who we booked through) and they said it still looked confirmed on their end. AMA called the local budget manager. They said it was clear he would not try to help us but he did admit his office cancelled yesterday as they had overbooked. AMA tried very hard to help us so I have no complaint with them. But the Budget office here in Whitehorse is very sketchy and has no problem lying to your face. I would strongly recommend people avoid using Budget.

I called the Subaru (Rent a Wreck), and they got me sorted out in no time. They were quick, professional, and even offered me the option of leaving the truck at the airport, where they would pick it up for me (saving me the cab fare). Then when we picked up our gear they were very friendly. Everything was packaged up for each person in a duffel and the clothes were so warm! It was FREEZING when we were there. -20 Fahrenheit! But we were warm and comfortable with our gear on!! We went snowmobiling and didn't even get cold. We rented for 4 days and then I emailed them asking for an extension and they were very accommodating. The clothing was in excellent condition and comfortable. Drop off was a breeze too! I can't recommend them enough! If you're up in the Yukon in the winter, you need to have the proper clothing and this place was perfect in every way! Thank you!
