ADVENTURE MOTO RIDERS BEWARE! I was desperate for a rear tire and was traveling thru B.C., Yukon, up into Alaska. I had no choice but to get a tire and I felt the Honda tech's know that, and take advantage of out of towners in my predicament. The total for 1 Metzler Touance with mount was $405.90!!! Ontop of that when the mechanic removed the the rim, he cleaned the excess caked dirt with a coarse wire brush, in which scratched the f**k out of my rim! Wow! What great service going above and beyond. While on a 13,000 mile cross continental charity motorcycle ride we needed a sprocket for a Suzuki DR650. The local Suzuki shop (listers motorsports) did not even try and help saying we could wait 2 1/2 weeks for them to look at bike and too busy to even order parts which they said would take a week to arrive. We called Yukon Honda and John bent over backwards to help. They did not have part as they are Honda dealer but had it overnighted to get us back on the road the next day! I was completely ripped off by Yukon Honda - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CUSTOM HERE! Took my car in for an insurance check and they missed ALL the major safety issues such as a leaking master cylinder and instead failed the car on non-safety issues. They didn't even check why the oil light was on (a major leak)....basically put my life in danger by missing crucial safety faults and charged for a full hours labour and didn't even lift the hood to check the engine. People arrogant and patronising. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! read more

Was quite impressed with the service I got from Yukon Honda in June 2010 with my BMW 1100 GS motorcycle. I wanted to get my gearbox and differential oil changed and they fit me in without an appointment, made sure I got the correct weight synthetic oils and listened to the concerns I had. The bill was more than fair and I left with a smile on my face! Next time I am in Whitehorse, I'll stop there again! read more
