Furthermore, my mechanic says that my oil drain plug was stripped from the last oil change... and the finger is pointed at these guys. I cannot prove it because I did not spot the issue as I was driving off, but I have not taken my car to anyone else for oil changes. This issue will cost me almost $800 to replace the oil pan because someone over-tightened a plug! If you have read my reviews there should be no mystery where I will take my car for preventative maintenance from now on...

The first time I saw it, I thought about saying something, but then realized it was probably how they test the brakes. It doesn't appear there's any standard for testing the brakes (at least in Chapter 548 of the Transportation Code).
