We are thankful we chose Mount Valley. Michael displayed a thorough knowledge of the problems and carefully explained the remediation process. There were no surprises when the crew showed up. Now let me brag on the crew! We just had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional level of workmanship and service from Joe W., Chris, and James from Mount Valley Foundation Services. We are delighted to share our positive feedback. They showed up exactly when they said they would. I liked the alert from MVF letting us know when the crew was on the way and providing tracking in real time. From start to finish, Joe, Chris and James were friendly, professional, informative, and exceeded our expectations. These guys worked every hour they were here. I don't believe they even took a lunch break! And for no extra charge, they caught a snake! This team operated like a well-oiled machine. They made it look easy, but in reality, this was hot, dirty, uncomfortable work. It was clear they had experience working together. The team's expertise and friendly manner left a lasting impression on us. We would not hesitate to recommend MVF Services to anyone. Lori & Larry G.
