They were professional - Will gave me a call when they were 20 minutes away and texted me when their ETA got pushed back a little. Nothing was broken! It was very easy to schedule with Brett. He even called to check on how things were going at our house from out-of-town. I will definitely be getting our house pressure washed regularly now that I have found The Pressure Washing Guys.
