We already had another estimate to compare and there was no comparison. Raul is very easy to deal with. The pricing was fair and on Tuesday we committed and on Saturday (same week) we had the installation. Raul's crew is very competent and efficient! Hard workers! Got the job done in one day - 130 linear ft gutters. And 90 ft downspouts. Cleaned up after and Raul was on site working the whole day. I reached back out and reminded Alexander that there should have been some discount for warranty and he agreed. Then ghosted us? We got another company from Yelp to estimate and the difference was 70% less for aluminum and 80% less for copper. We went with this company not just because of price but the Yelps were excellent and our initial contacts were very businesslike. We are placing a YELP review for HC Gutter. Completely satisfied!!!

I need to give major kudos to Rio Rico because of a few things: 1) no nonsense and no sales gimmicks; 2) super fast in responding to not only inquiries but getting someone out for an estimate, as well a as answering questions in between; 3) professional. They're not the cheapest out there, but they're not the most expensive either. But what they do offer is quality work. We needed to get our gutters replaced after only 2 years because the original installers did such a half-assed job that the corners were leaking badly after the last batch of rain we had, and then upon checking out how bad it was while up on the roof, checked other sections from the top and found a couple roof tiles cracked/broken. Not saying the previous guys were at fault but no one else has been up there since the original install. Sylvia (front office), Martin and Abel (installers) were awesome throughout the entire experience. Pretty much took less than 2 weeks from the initial call to completion. They have plenty of choices and colors to match our outer wall and trim. Installation - The installation took about 4-5 hours total. Adequate number of crew. Have good safety practices.
