It's been a long time since these babies were cleaned...I'm embarrassed to say that I've lived here for six years and I've never had them cleaned before. Also, I have a ton of french doors and windows, and not only did these guys get them sparkling clean (including removing most of the hard water stains and even PAINT), but they also cleaned the frames, inside and outside (which were filthy). I never realized what a huge difference a great window-cleaning makes. I love my home again! The overall experience with the company was fantastic. It took no time at all to get an appointment. This is a family-owned company, and the family are the nicest people you could imagine. It's clear that they take a lot of pride in the work that their crews do. The crew was perfectly on time and even called when they were on their way. They were super professional and pleasant and did a great job cleaning up, too. The price was clear from the beginning, no hard sell on anything, no unexpected charges. I wish I could give this company six stars. Highly recommend!

The Squeegee Pro guy was very friendly and professional. Came during the agreed upon time and did a great job. I actually didn't realize how gross the panels had become until I went outside to check it out after he left. They are spotless. They look brand new. Plus, he was quick and efficient and the price was right. We definitely plan to use them again in the future! P.s. My husband just informed me that they also showed him before and after photos so he could see the improvement. I thought this was a nice touch. Clearly there's pride in the job well done for him to take the time to do that.

Elite Troop answered my call, gave me a quote over the phone on the spot, and came the next day to do the work. They showed up on time and did a truly awesome job. The house looks like it was freshly painted, the gutters are spotless, and my driveway and walkways look like new. My initial interaction and sole communication has been with Mauricio (who come to find out is just a salesman in a call center, basically, and not a true representation of the company). He was friendly and polite and made me feel at ease in scheduling an appointment for a family member to get their metal awnings pressure washed. As I am out of state, I wanted to be sure that they would take good care of my family, and do a good job. I was assured that the gentleman that was going out was a specialist in awnings (later found out he is the owner) and would know the best method to get them clean. I was quoted $290 based upon pictures, and understand that can change...however, I wasn't expecting the guy to say we can do it for $250 cash, which left my family member scrambling to come up with it while he was there. If you have a cash discount, let your customers know before you come out. Long story short(er), he came out, did a less than good job, and was trying to push her to have him paint them. When he left, she looked at the awnings, which really didn't look much different, and called him up to tell him. He was rude to her, and came back out, and still did a bad job. So bad, in fact, that a couple neighbors asked if she even had it done at all, and a neighbors son came over and power washed them himself and got them all clean! I did call to explain how disappointed I was and asked for a refund. I was told because it had been a few weeks, that they wouldn't do anything and that they didn't charge her to come back out again; this was from the Owner! I said, if he did a good job in the first place, he wouldn't have to come back out! Look, being honest, if you want power washing done, go rent something from Home Depot and do it yourself...you would be better off. And shame on you guys for taking advantage of an older person!
