Once you get in on the rack they get in on the job and work together as a team to get you out quickly. An oil change here provides the obvious oil and filter change but also includes checking your inflation levels on your tires, a check of all fluids, air filter, cabin air filter and even clean your windows. I have come to trust them to work on my vehicles and I feel for the cost their service is a great value. My only negative comment is they constantly try to upsell their products and services, I realize it's probably not the technicians but their boss pushing them to upsell. Just be aware they will more than likely try to get you to do an upgraded service. They are not pushy though, if you decline the suggestion they let it drop. I recommend this business to do your basic vehicle maintenance.

Because I needed struts and shocks all around then I had them install new high Performance Monroe struts and shocks.again very nice and friendly. Now I know why. They did halfway. The rear springs both sides were cut with a torch! And the struts were not new. No wonder they were so nice. But I was going to call them to schedule another oil change. They never called me back or responded to my messages. Because I without realizing what they did. Found out 1 1/2 later. So just case any mechanic is extra nice and friendly. I took my truck to Bowmans as recommended by some close colleagues. It's a newer Denali and I was…read moretold it was done. It wasn't. I brought up some issues with that trim and it was raised from being pried up. They took it back and threw a quick fix on it using panel bond to glue it down. Now what about the next guy who needs to remove that? Panel bond is like concrete. So I look at it quick and it's starting to rain. Terrible for looking over a black paint job. Get it home and noticed they chipped the paint prying with a screwdriver or something and did a very poor touch up on it. Also the blind zone system wasn't working, insurance was charged for that. I took it back after getting it in my shop under LEDs and noticing how bad the orange peel was and yes OEM has a little. Also the chip and the alerts not working. I also mentioned many times about a rattle up front in the suspension that came up when the truck went off the road. It's still there. We had to ride to Florida listening to that. I talked to the owner, never once apologized or anything. Just stood there and said they'll fix it. Almost like I was a nuisance. I'm sure I'm that guy. I get it back again and noticed it has close to 60 more miles on it than when I took it in. Weird? Maybe resetting the bcm they already charged for? 60 miles is a good trip especially since yesterday they charged the insurance $400 for a tow bill. This isn't owned by Mark Bowman anymore. I'm either going to trade the truck in, because it's still not right, or just pay out of pocket when we get back in town and get someone to fix it all right and repaint that bedside or just reshoot it myself and put it on the lift and find the rattlling. Let's pray they didn't panel bond the flare and steps on.

My father took his truck to Tom Dalton to be repaired. The truck needed a transmission replace. My…read morefather purchased the transmission and the plate that goes behind it and took them out to the garage. It took a few days for him to get the truck in which was fine but what really aggravated me was that when he installed the transmission and tested it there were issues that he was not willing to resolve which he was paid to install it and have it in working condition. He did not check any of the fuses or the plug that plugs into the transmission to ensure they were getting the correct volts. He did not check anything. The transmission is in "limp mode" meaning you cannot drive it around like this without tearing it back up. He also backed my dad's truck into something while he had it and damaged the rear bumper. I will try to add a photo if I can because I just feel that they should take more care of other peoples property when it is there being repaired and they don't seem to care about taking care of the customer or taking care of their property. I wanted to leave this review as I don't want this to happen to someone else. I do not recommend going to him and wouldn't even feel comfortable having him repair a bicycle. The value of the repair is trash and so is their customer service. What makes me really disgusted with the repair that he did is that he took advantage of my 73 year old father. I will make sure that everyone I know never uses them for their repair/towing needs.
