It was completely clear what to expect, how to connect with driver (both online and at pickup). The ride (I chose luxury SUV just for fun) was immaculate, clean, new, beautiful. The driver was friendly, efficient, and helped ensure a smooth ride with no surprises. We'll be repeat customers.

Communication was never an issue as I emailed lots to ask questions and always got a very quick reply even taking into account the time difference Bibake was there waiting when we got out to the collection point. He was so lovely . Water was waiting in the car in an esky which was great after getting off planes for 18 hours. Drop off was equally easy. Sorry can't remember the drop off drivers name he was lovely, polite informative if we asked questions. Cannot recommend Nashrovers enough . They have a very personal service warm and friendly drivers. We also booked Nashrovers for 7 hours to take us to the Jack Daniels distillery. Again 7 Aussies in the car all gibbering for 1.5 hours each way, poor Bibake. He was so lovely he just fitted in with us all . We had the best trip. Bibake waited and let us know where he would be or we rang and he drove around to collect us. We were running a bit late as we did ask Bibake to stop at a couple places on the way home. In the end we were over an hour over time but he took it all in his stride we were just invoiced for the extra time super easy. Bibake, Thanks for making our family day out such a success and stress free. It was great meeting you and we all wish you the best The Gibbs'

A-1 taxi is our new go-to taxi service…read more Taking frequent international trips necessitates reliable transportation to the airport. We've tried them all in Nashville, but we've finally found the most reliable, punctual, friendly taxi service. The A-1 driver was early, patiently waiting for our family to gather our belongings, alerting us to his presence and giving us all the time we needed. He efficiently navigated morning rush hour and dropped us off at the airport in plenty of time. The van was noticeably in much better condition than other transportation services. Yes, most airport transportation is the same with very little variation, but there is something special about A-1 that has made us customers for life.

5 stars isn't enough to truly capture the service and experience with Emerald Luxury…read moreTransportation. Was visiting Nashville to connect with my fraternity brothers and wanted to add a special touch by reserving a sprinter van to take us down to Shelbyville for the Nearest Green Distillery Tour and then out on the town in Nashville later that night. Unsure of how best to book, I called and spoke with Edward who put together two quotes to fit our needs. One quote was for the tour and the other was for the night out on the town. Communication from the time I booked in March until service at the end of April was great. For the tour, the van was set to arrive at 10:15am so we could get there in time for our 12pm tour time. Carlton called me well before that to let me know he had arrived, which I appreciated, so I could corral the guys to make sure we made out the door on time. Carlton was great and provided great communication. He dropped us off right in front of the entrance so folks could think we were famous, ha! Later that night Joe picked us up for dinner, and drop us off at a few different spots. We were initially supposed to return at 12:30am, but when I called him he to extend he said not a problem and with smile. On both trips the van was clean and comfortable. I had called a few other companies, but glad I went with Emerald. Although I'm not from Nashville, will be singing their praises to anyone that asks!
