So the lady from dispatch picked up and she did sound a bit rude. She then asked me where I was going and she sounded quite rude. So I was kind of worry and was wondering if she will even come and pick me up. Luckily the cab came. The driver was ok. Just the dispatch lady sounded grumpy. Overall, it was ok. Got me to where I wanted to go. No complains.

First, he turned at the exit further than the 1st nearer one for Deerfoot Tr south and then flew past the 64 Ave exit ramp. I alerted him to get in at 64 Ave exit, he told me I was too late to tell him so. Next, I have to direct him to McKnight Blvd to get into 4 St NW in order to go north to 64 Ave. The total cost $38.20 when the usual cab fare I paid from YYC to my house is $26 - 29 max! I told him I take cab from airport to house 4 times a year and that's what I usually pay, so how much he wants me to pay him with the extra mileage he took us around. He said $38. I paid him but decided to lodge a complaint! If you have a phone and keyed in the destination address, why are you going the extra miles? If I didn't ask him to turn into McKnight, he would have take us to 32 Ave or 16 Ave?? I have the cab number and the date and time of using this cab.

What annoys me with the company is when you get drivers that have to ask me directions. That's their job to know their way around the city, at least main areas such as downtown and the airport. You were taking two girls to Cowboys at around 12:15 last night on 11th Ave and 6th St SW, and I had just been attacked and was running back to the bar I came out of. You probably saved my life. Thank you to those two girls who let me in to their cab and offered to let me come to Cowboys with them in case I didn't have anyone at home to go to. I took a cab earlier this week and the cab driver proceeded with the usual string of creepy questions that cab drivers continue to think are appropriate then launched into sexual jokes and innuendos. I booked an airport sedan yesterday for a 5am pick-up the following morning (today). I received a call at 4:58 telling me that the driver got a flat tire and won't be able to make it. He said that a cab was called and that they should be at my place in 5-10 min. First of all, the driver obviously got the flat beforehand, and since you can't change a tire in 10 min in a suit, shouldn't have I received the call from before and not at the time when the driver should have been at my place? The sedan was for my wife so I decided to take her instead since the time was so tight. There is only one major route to our place which I drove for about 10 min. I never saw any driver on the side of the road with a flat tire. Also, when's the last time you heard someone of getting a flat tire. It rarely happens. The driver obviously slept in, and one think I don't like is being lied to. Of course it sounds better saying that the driver got a flat tire over sleeping in. However, these guys need to come up with a better contingency plan for situations like this.
