Just a verbal assurance that it was all handled. Disorganized about our arrival details even though we had put them succinctly in writing. They were apologetic when they told us nothing like this had ever happened before and they were embarrassed, etc but there was no suggestion or offer of sending another driver or providing a solution. When we texted that we still had not heard from the driver and we tried to call, we were unable to reach anyone for several minutes. So, we were left to deal with the situation on our own. I guess the silver lining was that it was our first service at the airport where there are options abound. Had this been our pick up going back to the airport things could have been MUCH worse. It was easy to book a ride, even in the evening and on fairly short notice. Cliff was responsive and provided a competitive quote. After a very long day of traveling from California, I was grateful we booked the ride. The Suburban was spacious and comfortable and our driver Eric was helpful and friendly. Eric made it easy to find him after we got our luggage, he helped us with our luggage, and he got us home swiftly and safely. If my memory serves me correctly, It may have been a week and a half before the wedding. First thing, he very calmly conveyed, he would do all he can, to make it a special day. He took down the details, and stated he'd look into what's available. He contacted me maybe thirty minutes later, with a quate and pictures of the Rolls Royce he would used for the wedding.
