A couple of years ago, I had an oil change done at a cheap place and a piece of the oil filter came lose and went to the engine. I took it to several places when the engine light came on and no one could help. We took it to Auto Works and Doug would not rest until he figured out what was wrong. He took the whole engine apart and found the piece of filter. The oil shop I had taken it to would not make good on the damage, but Doug said that he would work with us on the repair costs if we had to come out of pocket. He went to bat for us with our insurance company, and due to his efforts and documentation, my insurance covered the repair costs. I am eternally thankful to Auto Works!
