This is, by far, the best in town, particularly if you have an RV (though currently they may be sold-out on RV storage spaces). We were immediately impressed with their professionalism and pleasantness which gave us confidence to secure a large unit there. Over the years as we moved items in and out of the unit, we couldn't help but notice how spotlessly clean the buildings and grounds were from the first time we were there up to now. Rick and Ninni have always been available to provide us with any service we required. They are the reason we recommend your facility to everyone and why Buellton Storage will always be successful.

I was yelled at by a short angry woman with glasses for rearranging a chair in the front of the store to avoid the sun. She would then pop out from the back periodically and follow me around for no reason. The kicker is while I was sitting in the back of waiting for my clothes to dry, she bumped me with the dry mop, and sarcastically said "excuse me" while sighing and shaking her head. This lady clearly needs to work in the back or something away from the general public. I've never met anyone as bitter and miserable as her in my entire life.

We had a lot of stuff that we weren't ready to part with but didn't have anywhere to put it. We had to get my moms mobile home on the market, so we were basically moving completely out to have repairs and deep cleaning done and staging.. We needed her home on the market ASAP so we had to be quick. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a moving truck to use for free the day of move in. I don't know how we would have managed without it. The storage move in specials were hard to pass up. Although the price was competitive, they were not the cheapest. However, considering you get what you pay for, that's not always a bad thing. I feel my things are safe and secure and I'm not worried about break ins, bugs, mold, or anything really. Every unit has its own alarm. They are very clean and proactive on bugs. And the manager and staff are incredibly polite and genuinely helpful. I've had a few storages in this area. Granted, it's been awhile. But none have come close to this. And if you've had storages around here you know what I mean. And it's not just because we are in a dust bowl. You can't go wrong here. So it's not the cheapest. ***Except when you factor in the specials and the moving truck and safety and peace of mind.. *** It is the best value. For sure.
