I'm only giving 4 stars because the company absolutely needs to work on customer service, and better accommodations for clients. I am a first time customer and the person that answered my call yesterday evening was RUDE and also didn't call me back to confirm my appointment for the next morning or anything. So, after my review I received a call from one of the customer service Representatives, Allyson, was her name . I was so upset and frustrated but she was very professional and courteous and super understanding. I felt bad for unloading on her because it wasn't her fault and she handled it so well. She apologized for the inconvenience and sent me a nurse (Samantha), within a couple hours. My nurse Samantha was soooooooo sweet! She took her time to explain the vitamin boosters that they offered me, so that I could find the best one for my situation. She stayed with me the entire time and she was very professional and comforting. Because of Allison and Samantha I am now a happy and very satisfied client. I'll be booking them again next week. And I feel AMAZING!! I was dehydrated and I wish you could see the difference in me now. Omg so worth the money. read more

If I could give this place less than one star I would. My mom has been really sick for a while and thought maybe a hydration IV would help her feel like herself again. She wanted one who would come to her house so she decided to try DripHydration. First of all, whoever called her to take down her information couldn't spell the medications she takes and so they just put "takes lots of drugs" in her account. Second, she got a call 20 minutes past her scheduled appointment saying that they had to cancel it because the nurse got into an accident. They did not offer to help her get a new appointment and were very unsympathetic. When she went to make a new appointment, she was able to make one for the same night online. But she got a call from a very unhelpful customer service lady who told her that appointment wasn't actually available. THEN they ended up charging her the full price for BOTH appointments that never happened because they were messed up on their end. Furthermore, when my mom spoke with them, they said that the refund wouldn't arrive for 3-4 business days. This company is VERY irresponsible and unorganized. We will never be trying to use them ever again and I am extremely disappointed. read more

I had to use them again due to holiday colds I was around and once again I feel almost 100% after Nurse Bre's visit, Julie scheduled me within the hour. I had all inclusive drip this time and it had more than the last IV therapy bag and worked amazing. RN is still friendly and always gets me on 1st poke I'm a hard stick. I recommend them to ANYONE who feels run down, sick, hungover or wants to help prevent aging harshly and help anxiety even read more

Easy to book , same day service and Michael was a great nurse took care of everything I just had to sit and relax.

What can I say but everyone is simply amazing. I was sick with the flu and couldn't stop coughing. I had a full boost with added magnesium and I felt so much better. The nurse Brittney that came to my house was gentle and simply a beautiful soul. I will book regular appointments for healthy living. Thanks everyone read more

First off, Dr O'Carroll was fantastic and explained the benefits of the therapy and followed up with me before and after the treatment as well as the following day. The Nurse was very kind, helpful and made me feel very comfortable during the procedure. As far as the IV, I was amazed at how beneficial it was. I immediately felt improvement and I feel it has sped up my recovery by several days. In addition, it has given me a new outlook on how important hydration is in maintaining optimal health and also recuperating from illness. Thank you! I could not be happier with the treatment! B.S. Last week I booked Drip Hydration for my boss and his girlfriend. He had the flu and she was just starting to get symptoms. I received a call right away from the supervising doctor. He was very kind and patient. I was able to go over all of my questions with him. Booking couldn't be easier. They are very quick to get someone to you. I booked each of them an Immune Boost. It did wonders for both of them. I would 100% recommend this service to anyone! read more

We are so happy to have found Drip Hydration. A wonderful experience with Immune Boost and Dey, the IV nurse, made that experience even better. She was informative and did all the vitals-- BP, listened to my husband's chest and oxygen level. All those vitamins shall speed his recovery for sure. After the treatment he was able to go to sleep which, because of his persistent cough, he has been unable to do. We are hopeful the treatment will shorten this virus. Again, I can't say enough about Dey. She was an emergency room nurse for 12 years and knows her "stuff", which was quite reassuring. I highly recommend Dey and Drip Hydration. read more

After feeling incredibly hung over all day and unable to keep any food down, I decided to give the IV drip a try having never done one before. I wasn't sure what to expect. I called and Brittany arrived about 40 minutes from calling which was impressive. She got me set up comfortably, and got the process started. Brittany did a good job, and my friends were intrigued by the process and she pleasantly answered everyone's questions. The drip really did help. Once it was complete I was able to go out to dinner with everyone comfortably and make it through the evening. Overall a great experience. read more

What sounded like a gimmick helped me land back on my feet. I take care of myself and eat healthy. But my work is crazed so I haven't had as much time to take care of myself as I used to. The hours started tiring me out and I decided to try Drip Hydration after a friend swore to me that it would help. I was helped by a professional nurse who came to me after work, which was helpful. The IV was painless. I woke up the next morning feeling more energized than normal. I wondered if it was just a psychosomatic thing but I felt much better throughout the week. read more

The phrase "life saver" is generally overused, but I can't think of a better way to describe Drip Hydration than: LIFE. SAVER. I've booked them to prevent a sickness I felt coming on before a big trip, and to literally CURE a hangover... I couldn't recommend this enough. It was also incredibly easy to book, and professional from start to finish. Even my friends who are uncomfortable with needles said they loved it- and you can't beat the convenience of having it delivered straight to your door. read more

What a tremendous service! I just had the 'All-Inclusive' drip and feel amazingly and instantly better. I had come down with some sort of bug where I was unbelievably nauseous with a pounding headache. After a little research online I booked with Drip Hydration and then boom my nurse, Zoryana, was here in less than an hour! I hate needles but she is beyond quick and painless with the poke. Such an enjoyable experience! She was very clean, professional and thorough. She even told me what I should be eating and drinking - it's as if I had a meeting with a nutritionist. I'll have to make IV therapy a habit! IV drips are such a life saver - they'll cure cancer. Adore Drip Hydration. read more

I heard about IV infusion therapy from a friend last week after I told her about the nasty migraine I had been dealing with for two days. I decided to look into it because the Advil and other otc meds just weren't cutting it. So, I went on Yelp (naturally) and contacted Drip. They came over to my place and hooked me up (get it?). The nurse was super cool and sweet. Not to mention great at putting in an IV (crucial). She answered all of my questions and offered some helpful health tips. I was migraine free in an hour! You can't beat that!! I'm thrilled to know that I won't have to suffer through another headache for two days. Definitely call them if you need to be reinvigorated. It works. read more

Nurse Z and Dr Malkin helped nurse me back to health after a 10 day cold. They were very accommodating to my busy work schedule and Zoryana came to my apartment after work. I was late and she waited without complaint. They are so knowledgeable and passionate about their practice that you know you can trust them easily. Nurse Z inserted the IV with no pain, despite having to use a difficult to use vein. First try, no pain! They helped me so much I will definitely use them at least once a month and encourage my friends to do the same! Thank you Dr Malkin & Nurse Z!!! read more

I am a plant-based eater, and as such, have a tendency to be vitamin b12 deficient. Dr. O'Carroll has provided b12 injections on a few occasions now and it really makes such a big difference every time. In my experience, the benefits of the injection last for at least a solid 5 days. Here is the breakdown of the benefits for my body, and probably yours too!: My energy level is the most noticeable change for me - it's easier to wake up in the morning, and I'm more energetic throughout the length of the day. It's seems almost luxurious to have that bump up in my energy. I have also noticed the effect on my mood - these b12 injections definitely help battle the blues when they come. My skin also reaps benefits, as it stays much clearer and brighter. These are the benefits I can actually feel and see noticeably. If you have a plant-based diet or are just not getting enough food sourced b12, then your body is seriously missing out on a slew of wellness and preventative care benefits. Look it up - b12 will help fight/prevent cancer, it does wonders for your brain health, nervous system, and the list goes on. Dr. O'Carroll rules - many thanks for providing easy access to such wonderful health and wellness resources!! You are making a difference in lives! read more

A 5 star rating for Drip Hydration. After a night out for a friend's 21st, I had quite a rough morning and did not feel up to working that afternoon. Thanks to Dr. Malkin and Zoryana, I was feeling great forty minutes after my IV. My IV included saline to hydrate me, Vitamin C to help a cough I had been dealing with for weeks and Zofran to help with the horrible nausea. Not only did they offer great treatment during the IV, Zoryana made sure to check in on me later in the day. Recommending them to all my friends and family! read more

Great company, sanitary, fast, and efficient. I usually get them for hang overs but I wanna try the rain rejuvenation.

Oh man this experience was so worth it. I had the worst hangover and I couldn't stand it anymore. So whilst sitting on my bathroom after dry heaving for hours I grab my phone and I Google hangover IV which lead me to drip hydration. I quickly booked an appointment online and poof Krissy shows up and plugged me up so quick and with such a gentle way of hooking up my iv. I normally have trouble with iv since my veins are hard to find so I'm always scared about who is doing hurting me or having to poke me multiple times but she was great! 45 minutes later after sharing Netflix binge worthy suggestions with her I felt wonderful again. Krissy was so pleasant I was truly expecting like a scary awkward "I hate this job" type I don't know why but I was. I'm happy with picking my first IV drip experience with drip hydration. Krissy was great I feel great overall I'd recommend this place to everyone read more
