Often, I need to approach the front desk in my robe to find someone to guide me to my next therapy. A more proactive approach would make the transition between treatments much more seamless. * In the shower area, I noticed the curtain is a bit small, causing water to splash out, and the floor looks slightly stained. I recommend bringing flip-flops for comfort. * Only one towel is provided, so it might be helpful to offer an extra or remind guests to ask for a second for their hair. * The sauna doesn't seem to have a built-in timer, and the secondary timer outside could be explained more clearly before the session begins. * The saunas may have Bluetooth capabilities for music, but I wasn't informed of this. If available, sharing this option with guests could really elevate the experience. * At the Nashville location, the showers had separate shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, and ample supplies like Q-tips. Here, the single product dispenser feels limited and is often low, which doesn't quite match the premium spa experience. * I often feel a little stress coming to and leaving the spa because I need to remember to bring my own shampoo, conditioner, face wash, hair towel, headphones for the lack of Bluetooth, and shower flip-flops. Additionally, there isn't a trash can in the shower, which is inconvenient for things like hair that may get caught in the drain or for menstrual products. I had to place hair in my personal bag to avoid leaving it behind, which detracts from the overall relaxation of the experience. * Although water and coffee are available, guests must ask for them. A small gesture like offering refreshments would help create a more luxurious experience. * When arriving, there isn't always an immediate acknowledgment of my appointment. In Nashville, the staff always seemed prepared and aware of the services I was scheduled for. * It would also be nice if the staff introduced themselves and communicated between treatments. At the Nashville location, I quickly learned everyone's names without needing to ask. For a spa experience at this level, I think more consistency in service would enhance the overall visit. I believe these small improvements could make a big difference, and I look forward to future visits as this spa continues to shine!

This location is my OG, so I go here most given its location in Midtown. The staff is always super helpful, friendly and supportive of whatever journey you are on. Not just in and out, unless that is what you are after, which is the case sometimes, but other times, they are good to sit and chat, and make sure you are seeing the progress you are after. Only issue with this location is the parking, which is really rough. They share a small lot with several other businesses and essentially have 5 - 6 spaces for their patrons, and those fill up fast. So, in short, with parking, be careful and diligent! Overall, great spot for whatever journey you are on, or if you are needing a quick recovery support option.

I tried to drink as much as I could to stay hydrated but I still felt lethargic and light headed. Rather than face the inevitable of having to go to the ER for fluids, I found IntraVenous Solutions. I made an appointment online and was seen the next day. The entire process was flawless. At check in I was able to go over what I needed. I wasn't over sold on anything extra or pressured to add on any services. I went in with what I wanted to do and that is what I went with. It is such a relief not to have the usual used car salesman speech when you already don't feel that great! I was checked in, put in a massage chair and greeted by a nurse. The prick of the IV was my biggest concern. As a Southern girl, I bruise easily so I expected the usual pinch and burn but I felt nothing! I even complimented her and she was so graceful about it. No, really! You are incredible! Please teach other nurses! I had my IV with B12 ready to go within minutes. I hit start on the massage chair and in 30-minutes I felt like a new person. You don't realize how dehydrated you are until you take in 1000ml in 30-minutes when apparently the usual time is an hour! Overall, the experience was wonderful. The team was so nice in offering to turn off the lights in my section even offering something to drink. The space was clean, quiet and relaxing. I will be back for sure!

Whether you're going in because you're not feeling well or just want a little boost, the nurses and staff take excellent care of you, are incredibly knowledgable and make sure you leave with everything you need. They go above and beyond to make you feel valued as a customer and that goes a long way. I always feel like I'm in great hands and look forward to my bi-weekly IV's. In addition, when I've had an injury or another concern, I've been able to go in and make a game plan with the team for pain management and overall improvement of my health.
