My note to Panago location and HQ:…read more The web site is a real time-waster. I ordered four different flavours of chicken wings, because I once had an order of the hot wings (they're baked not fried, but still not too bad) . I had to fill out all of the forms and contact info and instructions EVERY time the web page informed me that "your location is out of stock", =ALL= =FOUR= =TIMES=. It wiped my info every time I added or removed an item or entered any information in any field. Yes, you read that correctly - they are out of stock of ALL flavours of chicken wings. They have none. On a Tuesday evening. Where we wasted a half hour trying to place an order, until delivery shut down. This much frustration and resentment at such a pitiful failure to fulfil even the simplest orders is not worth it to me to endure ever again. Goodbye, Panago. Do not contact me, I want no offers or freebies or apologies, or acknowledgement. Not worth the misery and anxiety.

Their fillings goes to the edge and they definitely dont skimp out on the toppings and cheese. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because my pizza was $19 - $4 more than Domino's and after tax and 12% tip it costed me $23 for a medium pizza without any drinks or sides. I think this is something to consider for Busters as they are pricier. I can see why they would charger more as they do give quite a bit if toppings but it's not the cheapest pizza option.

I regretted tipping. Lesson learned - never tip before completing a meal and having the full experience. We waited about 20 mins for coffee. When we followed up, she said "it's coming"; and went about standing there doing nothing. This is insane. Food wasn't great but at least the bread and veggies were fresh. Coffee sucked. Sadly, we threw it away. It felt like the leftover at the end of a brewing pot when we paid for and expected a luscious latte. Not going back. Not a nice vibe. Sad.
