My half dozen Chocolate Chip Vanilla Cream Cannolis were wonderful to behold - crisp shell, soft ricotta cheese mixed and blended into the perfect filling to be squeezed into a handheld roll, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Nibbling around the edges extended the pleasure before needing to grab a larger bite to save the contents from falling out onto the plate.
