The pads are level and feature a concrete patio and parking for the truck with lots of trees and grass surrounding most sites. The hook ups have 30 and 50 amp service, cable and 2 water spigots, 1 city and 1 well. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. They are continually performing maintenance and their efforts keep the park clean and appealing. The only minor issue we've encountered is the proximity to the main highway and the traffic noise however, with our a/c running it wasn't too bad.

Two queen size beds, very comfortable. Full size refrigerator and stove. Kitchen equipment included coffee maker and toaster. We were not here to cook but the supplies looked new and nice. Tile floors and walk out patio, our room faced the water and ground floor. This part was awesome. A/C worked great, but thermostat was kinda hidden behind the curtain of the sliding glass door to the pati. Room has ceiling fans, that was a plus. The restroom was very nice, big walk in shower only. Two swimming pools but we only went to the one by our room. Observation deck was new and nice. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Only one thing we were let down by is the lighted fishing pier was closed and being worked on. Wish their web page would have let us know. We booked on line so maybe if we called they might have told us. We just went to public pier to fish. Overall awesome stay and we can't wait to come back. Oh the said the pier should be repaired and open by Easter.

The mobile repair guy we found suggested we park here until he could get to us the next day. Everyone we encountered here was so nice and helpful! Dana in he office got us into a spot understanding that our intent was to get repaired and leave the next day but she chose one that was unrented for the next five days just in case the repair turned out not to be a quick one. Pat, an older gentleman in the park actually went around and rebounded up fans and extension cords for us since we had no AC. Jim also offered help and even gave us his lot number in case we needed anything else. Others around the area heard about our predicament and offered us water and advice on things to do and places to stay in the area if we couldn't tough it out in the camper. It was so beautiful and everyone was so nice and helpful, we had decided to stay the remainder of our vacation rather than continuing onto our original destination. When the repairman found more extensive damage than we expected and it became apparent we couldn't use it, three people in the office (one was Dana) gave us advice on where we could find lodging. Wonderful location within easy driving distance of the coast, and figured I'd give it a try. It's SO MUCH cooler than I was expecting! I hear they are going to ad short term rentals with water views as well, so we could just pack a swimsuit and hit the coast.
