I set an appointment up through their online calendar on their website. Straightforward enough as it should be. Showed up for my Friday am appointment and the place was nearly dark. Knocked and a women wrestling her dogs back answer the door a bit confused. I said I had an appointment at 9am with Jason. She informed me that was her husband the other owner, however they where now closed in Fridays. I said wow you site allowed me the appointment time . At that point I said okay I could reschedule, she was polite and said said no come in and I will call Jason and have him come in, we only live a few blocks away. I was appreciative since I was leaving out of town over the weekend for a bit. Jason came in not dressed for work but he was here in short order so I was felt they where making good on forgetting to change their scheduling online. I had on form a 8379 that needed filled out. I brought all the necessary docs including a blank form along with my old accountants summation as to how it could be easily handled. He stayed with my ex in the divorce. All in all the meeting lasted 10 minutes with Jason stating he would begin this weekend to look and get things moving. He asked for my last tax returned to be emailed and I did when I got back home. All in all a fine quick meeting. I said I was gone for a week so no hurry. That was my mistake I think. I hadn't heard from him in over a month, called left a message, I called several days later and he indicated his remise for not having this completed but he had other projects come up (ie for whoops I forgot). He said he would get in it and get back to me. Another month nothing called left a message, he called several days and left me a one line message to calm him back. I called left a message, nothing. Another month, I emailed he emailed back and said he called I emailed back yesterday indeed he had and I called back, no response. At this point I simply asked for my information to be mailed back and I would find someone else. Four months in total and nothing, I mean not even a start. Wow how are they still in business. I'm a business owner in the area and was looking to bring my business needs accounting wise to them. Worst business to business experience I've had in the 22 years living in the area. The worst!

406 Consulting in Columbia Falls Montana is the worst tax preparation company ever. They made…read moremultiple mistakes on our return and Jason indicated that it's hard to do and he didn't understand why or how to do our return..."it"s complicated like a law document", but he would figure it out... well he/they didn't. I am still dealing with errors on our return from 2021. They charged extra to do an amended return (the original, plus 2 amended returns, due to their mistakes each time) and it was still wrong. We had to go to H & R Block to get a third amended return that corrected the mistakes that Jason made, or didn't correct; we had to go elsewhere to have our taxes for 2021 corrected because Jason stopped returning our calls. Do not use them... unless you want to have a bad experience and like to have the IRS send you a letter stating you owe money because of the ineptitude of the tax preparer.

The person then began explaining why we should not close our acct! In spite of our new banker's help on our end, we are still trying to get the $78,000 out of Montana. We were never answered when we asked who to contact in their legal department nor if we could speak to a mgr who could help us. Beware of inept & unprofessional management of your funds.

I use the app all the time for business deposits and checking account info. The app is easy to use and pretty straightforward. On the occasion I do go into the bank the people are always friendly and very helpful. I do like not having to fill out a deposit slip. Especially if you are depositing a stack of checks. The only negative comment I have is they haven't offered the Tap to Pay option on their cards yet. Not terrible but would be convenient at times.

(Now to set the record straight...after looking at the other financial institutions in the valley, this place had the best banking options available - and that is kinda a sad thing) Anyways, my current beef with them is that their system keeps getting compromised. Let me repeat that (pun intended) keeps getting compromised. For the last several years, both cards have been "hacked" every 2-3 months. And sadly, if this happens on the weekends, their call center can't do nothing to help

It is ridiculous there's absolutely no reason to put that hold on That check and low behold I never got a call like they said I would and they never took the hold off-white fish is not so bad but I am not happy with this last outcome and columbia falls their terrible terrible people there!!!!

We attempted to follow Apple's instructions for clearing data but seemed to have made an error somewhere. My "new" iMac wouldn't work! After spending hours trying to triage the situation myself (searching the internet and speaking with AppleSupport on the phone), I made an appointment with Allied Computing for the following day. At my appointment, I gave a brief description of my computer's issue. The technician seemed incredibly confident and competent and put my worries at ease. I left feeling hopeful that my tech trauma would soon end. The following day I received a call from Allied Computing informing me that my computer had gone through extra diagnostics tests, and was working well! They fixed the bugs in the hard drive, downloaded the latest Operating System AND set up a user account on my behalf. I'm extremely pleased with the service as they truly are professionals. While I truly hope I don't have any future tech issues, I feel much more secure knowing I can reach out to AC next time!
