This review is specifically for Marybeth Sampsel…read more If you find yourself in the market for a divorce attorney in the state of Montana you can stop looking. Marybeth is a true professional among an otherwise group of people that could only be described as "Poor at best". Marybeth is sharp as a whip and honest with her clients, I would give her the highest recommendation for any legal issue you may have. Marybeth fixed an absolute mess that was created years earlier by my first set of lawyers and my ex-wife's attorney, all three of which were completely useless and clearly more focused on billable hours than the best interest of either client. Candidly, until I met Marybeth I was shocked that the lawyers I was dealing with could have possible passed a drivers test let alone the State Bar. Marybeth displayed the highest level of ethics, honesty and breadth of knowledge on my case, I would not consider anyone else on a matter of importance.

As a parent you want the best for your family. If you are okay with a C or D of an attorney, then this is your firm. There are way better firms out there so take the time to do your research and don't panic and feel this is the best you can get.

My son was arrested for alleged probation violations. He had a $75,000 Bond. I contacted Mr Vann later in the evening and he met me at the courthouse so my son could get time sensitive papers signed and back to me. He then proceeded within a couple of days to get my son's bail lowered to 15,000 so he could get back to work and not lose everything. I believe he has a very good relationship with the county attorneys and his peers. He has gone above and beyond to help my son in every possible way he can. Mr vann truly listened to my son and all he had to say. He never cut you off when you're speaking he wants to hear all you have to say about the case and the situation you are in. He then goes over every aspect of your case with you to make sure you understand everything about your case. I've never had a lawyer do this before. And any questions my son or I had later when we would text or call he would respond ASAP and never leave us hanging or wondering or worrying about what's happening. This man is soft spoken and very professional but also very down to earth. You never feel like you're interrupting him or bothering him. He is a very good attorney. I was an absolute wreck when I went into his office but when I left I felt hopeful and confident he could keep my son out of prison. He is very smart and very knowledgeable of the laws and our rights and all things to do with the courts. He also understands that not everyone has a huge bank account and is willing to work with you so that you still have something to live on. One thing I really appreciate it was he was straightforward about the reality of the situation and honest about what he thought he could do for you and then does it. I urge everyone that needs the best attorney in town to call Jordan Vann law firm in Kalispell. I could say so much more about this man and what an unbelievable blessing he was to our family and my son, but for now I will just say thank you so much Jordan and truly if anyone is in need of great representation don't wait to call him. A very grateful mother. Susan Snyder
