She visited our home with purpose, told us exactly what needed to be done and why. On her second visit, She gave us a presentation that detailed her entire process. Her team along with Germaine work like a well oiled machine but with plenty of human touch. They were there every time we needed them. We went to contractors which were her referrals (100% transparent and no kickbacks). She provided multiple and we decided after evaluation. They all did a fantastic job.
