The outdoors portion of the unit is located INSIDE THE MAIN DOG RUN that has more over grown weeds and fallen branches still awaiting the weather to allow the yard/run to dry out enough for getting the mowers/carts inside for "spring cleaning" and additionally the unit is on a slab surrounded by over grown weeds and thus not used/accessed by the dogs as a toilet area. Mike McGhee, the owner of Phoenix Plumbing Works went above & beyond to help us fix a bad problem…read more All of our sinks (kitchen & bathrooms) & washer became backed up. We had called another plumber. After he tried to snake out our sewer line, he was unsuccessful in clearing the line. He said couldn't fix the problem and just left us with the same problem. This is a very unsettling situation. When a professional can't fix a problem & you are stuck like that! Mike from Phoenix came out that same day, worked about 30-45 mins getting the sewer line snaked out until he was able to get the blockage cleared. I was so, so grateful to him for his responsiveness & diligence getting the job done. I highly recommend him!

So our water bill was high enough we feared we had a leak. We called Thomas at Howard Industries…read morewho came out and verified we did not have a leak. Now if the story ended there then this would be a 5 star review. But it didn't. When Thomas got here my wife was at work and I was understandable stressed thinking I had a plumbing leak. When my wife arrived he talked to her for all of 2 minutes and then stood in our driveway telling me (in front of my wife) what an amazing woman she is, how she is a gift from Jesus, how she was a rare jewel that changes the mood in any room she walks into. Apparently having an equally low opinion of me he admonished me in the same passionate tone on how I need to appreciate her more and treat her like the angel she is. I need a plumber to work on my pipes not to give gushing speeches about what a saint my wife is and how I need to appreciate her more than I do. Don't get me wrong I agree with what he said but thought it wholly inappropriate to share this insight at all. Thomas next time shut your mouth and drive away when the job is done instead of dishing out unsolicited and unwanted marital advice.

I was naïve and thought that I could dig up my sewer line (all 75 feet), with the help of my…read morefather-in-law and a rented trencher, and just have a plumber come in and replace the pipe. It was Wednesday morning when I called four or five local plumbing companies and they all seemed to be booked for at least a week. I called Joe Seabolt at Joe Seabolt Plumbing and told him my plan to dig the trench on Thursday and have him replace the pipe on Friday. He said he would be able to make that work. He told me he would stopped by sometime in the afternoon on Thursday and check on our progress. Well turns out the trencher I reserved could only dig a trench at most three feet deep. And we found out pretty quick that my sewer line connected to the main somewhere around 5 to 6 feet underground. My stomach sank because I was unsure if I could still get my sewer line fixed before the weekend and didn't want to have to burden my in-laws with me and my family of four crashing at their house for the entire weekend. By the time I returned the trencher and went back home Mr. Seabolt arrived to inspect our progress. He was un-phased with the lack of digging we had accomplished and said it would be no problem to get a backhoe to dig the trench on Friday. Sure enough, Friday morning he called me and said him and his crew were on their way to my house. By the time I went home for my lunch break they had already dug and replaced the sewer line and were backfilling the trench. I was very pleased with the efficiency and quality of work they did. The price was also below what other plumbers had quoted me. I highly recommend this plumber!
