Be cautious when doing business with Mark. I rented a piece of equipment to him, and he failed to…read morereturn it as agreed. Multiple times he told me he was bringing it back, but he never showed up. I eventually had to involve law enforcement. The sheriff called Mark and he told the sheriff he would return the equipment within a specific timeframe, but he still did not do so. Instead, he abandoned the equipment in a QuikTrip parking lot and instructed me to retrieve it myself. When I later sent an invoice for the additional rental time, his response was, "Good luck, and my attorney will have fun with you."

In the end, we had an exceptionally built 125' retaining wall which not only secured the hillside but added usable space to that side of our home. The crews were prompt in their arrival and stayed busy working throughout each day. They were also very professional and addressed our concerns as we had a few questions and changes along the way.
