The sheriff called Mark and he told the sheriff he would return the equipment within a specific timeframe, but he still did not do so. Instead, he abandoned the equipment in a QuikTrip parking lot and instructed me to retrieve it myself. When I later sent an invoice for the additional rental time, his response was, "Good luck, and my attorney will have fun with you."
