Multiple times he told me he was bringing it back, but he never showed up. I eventually had to involve law enforcement. The sheriff called Mark and he told the sheriff he would return the equipment within a specific timeframe, but he still did not do so. Instead, he abandoned the equipment in a QuikTrip parking lot and instructed me to retrieve it myself. When I later sent an invoice for the additional rental time, his response was, "Good luck, and my attorney will have fun with you."

He talks a good game and will talk you right out of your money I would run from this fake contractor we have all the emails text and checks so we are in talks with a lawyer right now to get our money back he owes us about 10 grand and he also cost us 6 months on our construction loan.
