I appreciate the fact he had a next day availability, flexible time, along with an affordable price. I expressed that I would pay $50 more (and I did) to ensure my vehicle is detailed properly. On the day of service, he saw my car and I again shared my expectations. His initial feedback was that my car is an easy job to detail ( but yet, after he completed the work they were many areas that were not effectively addressed. When I showed him areas that I was not satisfied with, that's when the correct tools and cleaning solution was applied.) Overall, I received a decent quality internal detail. The lingering pet odor in my car is no longer present. In my opinion I would preferred there was initially a higher degree of ownership or pride in ensuring my seats were properly shampooed, steamed, and cleaned. It would have been nice to receive a complimentary external wash considering the extra $50 I paid. Total I paid: $200. He took the time to introduce himself and the family business, as well as explain what he would be doing for my Gold Package detail.
