He was highly recommended through our realtor and we couldn't be happier that he was. Being in the military makes it difficult at times to make time to be available especially during a home buying process. Not only was he able to quickly get us to close on the home even with the VA Loan process, but he was able to give us a better interest rate than what our credit union and bank offered us. When looking for a home it was hard to get a house that my wife and I wanted where the seller would take a VA loan. We were told that VA loans take too long, and in the Dallas market (pre-covid) sellers could reject them for conventional loans over asking. After about 2 years of this we were going to go with a conventional loan, but our realtor told us that Drew could get VA loans closed in 25 days with is the same as conventional.
