I received incorrect sized frames & lenses that we ordered through the call center/online several month ago for us to collect when we arrived. When we collected the 7 pairs, the frames & lenses had to be changed to the correct size. I went into 278 Kings St, Newtown store and Jamie was attentive and understanding. It was a complete rush as we were leaving the country to return to our home in Mexico. I love Dresden glasses and that is all I use, readers, sunnies and regular so it was vital I received them before flying out Saturday. Jamie communicated during the complete time and really went out of her way to make sure the order was correct and out the door. Since I was staying on the Central Coast they had to be in the mail to me within a day so as I would have them when I was flying home. Jamie made it happen!
