Brian was incredibly helpful when I needed an emergency septic tank fix. The first time I called…read moreBrian provided me with all the information that I requested to fix the issue that I had free of charge. When I did decide to go through with cleaning the tank Brian was able to cut out time from his day to stop by. He provided me with tips and tricks to prevent further issues, stopped by a supply store to obtain materials needed to fix the issue at hand, as well as provided me with fair price for the work that he put in. Throughout the job Brian was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I couldn't have found a better man for the job. I appreciate everything that he did, and would recommend him to anyone have an issue with their septic tank.

They handled it all quickly, efficiently, and with both kindness and professionalism. They not only fixed the primary issue, but also resolved another one without a single word of complaint. And then they came in under the original price, too. We've used them before for other issues. I will not use anyone else. They're the best. Wish I could give more than 5-stars rating.

I had this company replace my pressure tank, and after the work was done I discovered I had been…read moreovercharged by at least $450.00 based on a previous quote. To their credit, they refunded that amount after I brought it to their attention but I think they did it because they were CAUGHT. However, the same technician also quoted me ~$8,000.00 to replace my well pump. I just had it replaced by another company for right at $4,000.00 -- exactly HALF the price. They quoted me DOUBLE what it actually costs. When I reported the overcharge, I was told the technician would be written up. He was only written up because he got CAUGHT. I have no doubt this kind of pricing is widespread across this company. Do NOT use All About Plumbing. I'll also be saving documentation of all of this. Just know that these things get out, and sometimes companies get sued out of business for STEALING from people.

We reached out to Jon and the communication was on point compared to the other four contractors that we were in conversation with. After a very little conversation and a basic job walk Jon provide us with a great estimate and we went forward with getting the work done. Not only did Jon fix the 8 foot area that we damaged. He also fixed several other areas on the rock wall that had been affected by age and erosion. This is a 10 star company, and we are very appreciative of their communication and quality of service. By the way, we actually hired three contractors before we had conversation with Jon and they never showed up to do the job . Jon honored his word from day one and did a fantastic job. Thanks Jon. I'll recommend you to anybody that needs work done. Thanks for everything
