Only after this experience did I discover multiple reviews dating back to 2017 describing similar behavior: taking upfront payment, failing to deliver, and not issuing refunds. This indicates a consistent pattern, not an isolated event. I no longer believe this was an oversight or poor service. I believe I was misled, and I am now taking steps to report this behavior to consumer protection authorities. I selected this provider through the Wix Marketplace, trusting that Wix would vet and monitor listed professionals. This situation has disrupted my business and caused financial harm.
