They claimed this the first time and that's why an ignorant representative charged me $500 four times before all was said and done. Inwas told the rep screwed up and the first $500 "was left hanging" in their system. Now I have another $500 hanging in their system that they have to find. Their computer program is outdated. They only collect $500 and the rest goes to Carnival Cruises. Lessened learned! I only used them because I have an older week deeded timeshare that I had to convert to points and trade. I had to biy a membership to do this!

I'm used to people going above and beyond. I only used Kerry because I was a bridesmaid and she was the travel agent involved. If you're thinking about using Kerry, know that she will get the job done--100%! I booked the room, paid her for it, and had no issues. The transfer went perfectly, and her emails and advice were accurate. However, I later found out she didn't get me the best price. She even offered to price match, which tells me she knew she wasn't offering the lowest rate. I feel a bit ripped off. It was a significant price difference--not just $100. So, if you're considering using her, be aware that she will get you a group rate, but not necessarily the best rate. I was also annoyed that she didn't automatically secure or offer early check-in. She knew we were arriving early and that we had a young child in tow (we didn't end up bringing her, but she didn't know that). She should have anticipated this and gone the extra mile. The wedding was at a large resort, and we were checking in on a Wednesday--not exactly a peak travel day. While I should have thought about this myself, I'm used to it being taken care of, so I didn't even think to ask. She didn't even offer! I felt like this was lazy. So, if you just want the job done, go with Kerry. She won't disappoint on that front. But, If you want the best travel agent and the lowest price, go with someone else.

The 3rd year I contacted corporate, who told me it was not their offer but an offer out of the Phoenix office. Then they told me the Phoenix office was permanently closed and there was nothing they could do. I contacted support and everyone else I could to no avail. Now they call me and want to help me out, and all I need to do is pay membership fees. This business is a total scam. Do not give them any money!!

I thought it was a good deal and why not? However, before I agreed, I asked what fees are my responsibilities if we decide to take them up on their offer; they said just the taxes. I said - ok! They also offered a $300 dining gift card. Just lies. I went to the presentation and they gave me 2 vouchers. 1) the airfare/hotel -- there were 23 locations to fly to. To redeem the voucher, there was a $50 non-refundable processing fee. Then the terms and conditions which I'll include at the bottom of this. Short version is you can only check in on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday and there is a fee of $199 per person to cover taxes, etc based on double occupancy which means... if you went by yourself, you'd pay $398. 2) The dining certificate is for $300 spread over 12 months. So you're getting a $25 voucher each month and to redeem the voucher, there was a $14.95 non-refundable processing fee. So I wasted a couple of hours to drive there and listen to their schpiel. T&C for the getaway voucher: This certificate is void if bartered or sold to the recipient. This certificate is valid for a reservation registration validation form offering a bundled air and hotel package for two adults 21 years of age or older with two nights of standard hotel accommodations plus two round trip airline tickets from a participating Major International Airport in The Continental United States. Bookings require at least a 30 day advance notice. You must redeem your certificate before the expiration date in order to activate your offer. This is a NON inclusive resort meaning the food DOESN'T suck and the drinks are actually good. I have recently purchased 3 more trips with plan to purchase 2 more. I have been having the time of my life with Sears and Vidanta. They have a loyal customer for life as well as my referrals.

I had plans in Paris and have to change them. When we arrived at CDG Airport from Mexico City, our group of 15 people had to wait up to two hours to be picked up, even after making several calls. The next morning, our tour guide, Angela, seemed stressed and started yelling at us. That's not the way anyone should begin a vacation--being scolded by the guide. We took the "Hola Europa" tour, and I honestly don't recommend it. In the smaller cities, we only stopped for an hour or two at most--just enough time to stretch our legs, take a few pictures, and look for a bathroom. There was barely any time to explore. The driver, Petrov, and Luisa, our guide on the last day, were very kind and professional. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of miscommunication between Europamundo and the agencies that sell their tours. I booked through Sears, and in my opinion, it wasn't worth it.
