Mike and Jessica are an amazing team…read more I first discovered Hawaiian Hands Massage through a friend when I was in school to be a Massage Therapist, and I have learned so much through Mike. His massage techniques and customer service skills are like no other. He and Jessica, genuinely care about each client as an individual. They both are always welcoming and very sweet. Now that I am a LMT, I am picky about who I go to for massages, and Mike is the only one. Like others have stated.. yes, the building is old, but I have never felt unsafe inside or outside of the facility. The ambiance in the business is great, I love seeing the aquariums, dim lights, and hearing the music playing softly. I have sciatica issues and there have been times where I have been bed ridden because I couldn't walk without extreme pain, the stretching and massage techniques Mike does are so awesome that I call him the miracle worker! No pain what so ever after he works on me! That is why I absolutely love Massage Therapy! Thank You Mike & Jessica for making clients your passion!

Michael the owner/therapist was very professional & gave me I must say one of the best massages I have ever had. Lights are dim & relaxing with soft music playing. I had surgery and severe pain in that area, she used a lot of time focusing with good intent on that soreness and was careful not to move my joint. I didnt need a massage in other areas, just that one pain area. Will definitely stop back in when Im in the area. Bordered on relaxing and therapeutic without too much soreness. Sadly some other places, or your chain membership places will give you the standard auto car wash massage and just do your whole body and focus few minutes where you really need it. On top of that you pay $60+ for an hour but wind up getting 45min because they have to prep for their next customer.

I asked them for a specific set. Said they couldn't do it, my nails are too small. Mind you, I've been to multiple nail places and yes they say my nails are small but guess what.. they still do it and they do a damn good job. But the lady I had yesterday couldn't do shit. Not even a simple French tip. She fucked up a simple white set on my toes (because she couldn't do French), I asked multiple times for it to be fixed. Instead of fixing it, she just gave me attitude instead. Being real rough with my feet. Then she had me go to Jackson for my nails. I heard good things about him but the nails on my fingers say different. And it's only been a day since I've got my nails done, again they couldn't do a simple French, so I got all white to at least match my toes. But now it's yellow instead of white, I don't smoke or wear makeup so it's no reason for it to be YELLOW a day later. Horrible. Horrible fucking experience. And they were very rude as well as the customers. I wasn't being rude to them, just honest about how I didn't like the service and they got mad. Yelled at me. Threaten to call the cops. I said I wasn't trying to pay for ugly ass nails which they wouldn't fix no matter how many times I asked, not paying for something you don't like is reasonable. I wasn't trying to get a free set, I just wanted what I asked for which they couldn't deliver. -10/10.
