Unbelievable how this lady is in business. My family of 11 wanted to have a nice beach vacation with someone else delivering and setting up the chairs and canopies and having a bonfire night on the beach. First of all - she doesn't answer the phone, respond to text messages or emails in a timely manner. We began trying to contact her on Monday to try and get pricing. She finally answered with a quote 4 days later. She quoted 3 days of 6 chairs and 2 canopies at $1400.00. When I questioned her about the high quote - she told me she provided a very exclusive service. Nothing like it on the island. She said the $400 booking fee was because she paid her boys a lot more than anyone else. We decided not to rent the chairs - found them for $600 for the 3 days total. I didn't want to do the bonfire either since the quote went from the quoted $475 to $800 with all the additional fees she charges. My husband called her to see if they could come to an some sort of an agreement. He is a grandpa and really wanted the kids to have a bonfire on the beach. He also wanted them to roast hotdogs. She promised him her "attendants" would go to the store and get hotdogs and supplies for an additional $50!! My husband decided to do the bonfire. I have attached a picture from her website of what the "bonfire" included - Burn pit, tiki torches, attendants, chairs, games, glow sticks, Roasting sticks and s'more supplies. What we got was one burn pit, 6 chairs, roasting sticks - actual wood sticks that kept catching on fire, one bag of marshmallows, 6 chocolate bars and a half a a box of graham crackers. The additional $50 was supposed to buy a beach hotdog dinner . We got hotdogs , buns and ketchup. I am not kidding. $50 for hotdogs, buns and ketchup. No chips, no mustard, no relish no water. Just 16 armor hotdogs, 12 Sunbeam buns and a no name bottle of ketchup. Less than $15 worth of food. They didn't bring any games or glow sticks or tiki torches. All of which my grandkids were looking forward to playing with on the beach. We ran out of marshmallows and the attendants went to the store and brought back another bag of marshmallows. They were so old they were all stuck together and couldn't be used. Not a concierge experience by a mile. All in all - it was awful to deal with this company. I wouldn't recommend her for anything. She is poor at communication. She does not deliver the products she advertises and her prices are outrageous. read more
