I came here for the dolphins. Everytime that I left my room to go anywhere (buffet, pool, bar, etc) I walked past dolphins. I loved it! I was found by the dolphins almost every morning, just sitting there and enjoying the view while taking pictures. I went swimming with the dolphins which was also an amazing experience (but it was pricey, and the pictures were SUPER expensive. They wanted to charge me over $100 for all of my pictures and a video). The food was good, but not the best that I have had on vacation. They had some fun shows at night (the hypnotist show was hysterical). The staff were very, very nice everywhere that we went. The bartenders were also great. The only complaint that I have is that my friend got really sick in the middle of the night, and the phones in the hotel rooms have an emergency button. I called three times, and nobody answered the emergency button. I ran downstairs to the main lobby, which definitely was a hike (so thank God that my friend wasn't having a heart attack or something that really required immediate medical attention). I told the person at the front desk about what had happened, and how nobody was answering the emergency line. I really needed medicine or something for my friend. The person at the front desk told me that there is nothing that they can really do to help; they didn't have a staff member that could do anything to help my friend (no nurse or anybody, even though they had that emergency button on their phone), and they couldn't open up the store for me to buy anything. They sent me outside of the all-inclusive resort at 2 in the morning (by myself) to go get medicine. It was a pretty close walk, but I felt very uncomfortable leaving the hotel in the middle of the night by myself. I was very disappointed with their lack of help. Overall, it was nice to see dolphins everyday, but the food was not great. They tried to overcharge me for pictures and excursions. The resort was also not that big, and I felt like after 11 pm, there was nothing to do. There weren't many people out, and there were no late night shows or any activities. read more
