Not even sure why they are needed for DMV purposes, I had a much smoother experience at the ACTUAL DMV when getting my Real ID versus this place that seems to charge a person for everything they do as far as printing your documents, there are all these fees listed in addition to what you need to pay for via your actual vehicle. I'd say use thr online services or go directly to DMV and for insurance call someone get some quotes and save yourself a lot of time over dealing with is Angency it seems to be more stress any money than if you have a dedicated appointment with DMV or a Insurance Broker who sets an appointment vs having all the customers standing around and asking who is next etc. Definitely could use some improvement.

    Literally go anywhere else - this place is terrible. Their staff's rudeness is only trumped by…read moretheir incompetence. Had so many issues so will only write a few: 1. In total it took almost 6 months to get my plate (antique plate and then a vanity antique plate). PennDOT does take a while on these but about half that waiting was because of general incompetence on the agency staff. 2. When my first plate arrived they called the wrong number to let me know it was ready (they had called me a few weeks earlier because of another screw up on their part so they had my correct number - just dialed it wrong the second time). I called them 2-weeks after my plate had been sitting there and they said it was "still processing at penndot". Reached out to my local congress person 2-weeks after that to see if they could contact PennDOT directly and they did and PennDOT said they shipped the plate out the month prior. Called the agency again and they said "yes it's here - we called you a month ago to let you know" but again they called the wrong number. So they both called the wrong number AND didn't tell me the plate was ready when I called them. Additionally every time I called and asked for an update they said "we'll call you when it's ready" and acted very annoyed. If I didn't keep calling in I'd probably still be waiting for my plate. 3. PennDOT made some mistake when processing my vanity plate and had to redo it - again had to call the agency to have them call PennDOT to see what was going on - if I hadn't I probably would never have gotten the plate. They had to resubmit the paperwork but at this point PennDOT had increased their rates so i had to pay more on top of this. 4. Generally they just don't know what they are doing, are actively working to get things done with the government agencies they work with, and overall just act annoyed when you try and get more information from them. One mistake here and there is annoying but not the end of the world - this was different - this was systemic incompetence that is not worth the headache or risk.

    I was in a little fender bender recently and unfortunately did not have rental on my policy(dumb…read moreright, lesson learned). So I needed my car to be repaired as soon as possible since I travel an hour commute to work each way. So I stopped by a few local repair shops on my lunch break and got a few estimates. I've had a bad experience with other shops in the past so I've lost hope in shops so I wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary. These guys not only gave me the best price but also the fastest turn around time. We made an arrangement to drop my car off before work and pick it up after work and it would be done. I honestly had a doubts since it sounded to good to be true so I arranged for a pickup from work just in case. So I go drop my car off before work last week. Mind you I start work at 7am and they open at 8am. They told me to drop off the key in the key box which I wasn't to happy with but I had no choice. But when I got there at about 6:45am they already had someone in the office to greet me and take my car in. I believe his name was Tony! He even offered me a lift to work in his personal car since I only work about 5 minutes away but it was cold that morning. There alone I stared to gain hope in these guys. Which was already a sigh of relief. Phew! Anyway I get a call from them at about lunch time and I soon as I saw them call I got butterflies in my stomach and expected the worst. But to my surprise they just called me to update me and tell me that we are still on schedule and that my car would be ready whenever I was. The butterflies went away and I was happy! So I finish work and head over to pick up my car and honestly was surprised it looked good in such a short turn around time. They replaced the passenger fender, passenger headlight and bumper and paint looked great! They also cleaned up my foggy driver side headlight to match the brand new passenger side! They even detailed my car inside and out! Over the weekend I had a buddy (who knows better) who works for a collision shop in my area take a look at the repairs and he was also shocked how good it looked for such a short turn around time! Once again thank you very much to Tony and the guys over at automotive collision and service experts for your service! These guys are my new go to shop for anything! I would recommend this repair facility to anyone! These guys treated me extremely well and polite, the work is great and the turn around time was phenomenal.

    This shop may not look like much but they're the real deal and actually know what they're doing…read more Found the leak in our tire after 2 other shops failed to find it. They were able to patch it right away for a great price too! Took no time at all and they were super professional about it. We'd happily take our car back to them any day!
