Eric not only assisted in purchasing the tile (and getting a great deal) but also with some design elements including an ingenious access panel on our whirpool tub that will allow us to easily service the plumbing and motor. Eric and his crew are extremely conscientious, reasonably priced, and hardworking. He was at our house from 8am to 7pm a couple of nights in order to get the project moving along quickly! They showed up on time and stayed on schedule. Eric is very fastidious about cleanliness (an uncommon trait in the tile guys I have worked with) and left the job site cleaner than he found it, even taking time to polish the tub. Also tiled the jacuzzi tub in the master bath, installed a new shower pan in the lower bath. Also helped in the process with demolition and disposal of all the original stuff. Also did the kitchen back splash. He also went out of his way to listen and offer great ideas. He found exactly what we wanted and purchased the tiles, etc. Eric really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. Very friendly and is very easy to work with in all aspects from start to finish.
