They shortened them but I had to go back again to have the hem taken down a bit more, waited a week as they promised to call me when done never got the call. Went down was told they had been done, when I checked them they were still the same length so they had lied to me, phoned them to check if the work had been carried out, was told YES. Still not happy went down to Gravesend (3rd time) to be told after I asked to have them lengthen that it could not be done. The trousers which cost £60 are now ruined, there was no offer of a refund or to pay for the trousers and they basically lied from to beginning to end on work carried out. My advice is anyone thinking of going there DONT. Check out further bad reviews on www.yello.com. I am also not the only one who's had problems.

Have had to use this shop numerous times ( I said had to because it is not by choice, simply that…read morethey are the only seller approved by my child's school) on every occasion I have been faced with the rude staff and regular instances of messing up orders and delays which are never apologised for. When I have had to use the alteration service they completely destroyed the item and made it unwearable.I dread going there as do most of the parents at the school. The only retain business because of the fact they are the only appointed seller - if you have a choice to go somewhere else I would strongly recommended.
