After I…read morecomplained about my home address being used for their business, they changed the address on some sites to someone who lives 4 doors away from me - and also isn't a cleaner! The very day I posted my honest reviews, these very positive reviews suddenly appeared on a range of sites under different names. The company is Fantastic Cleaners. They then stick the name of a local town in front of it and give a false address for that area. On some sites, for example http://www.welovelocal.com/en/se/medway/chatham/cleaning-services/gillingham-fantastic-cleaners-me75uj.html you can clearly see if you look at the review summary at the bottom of the page that the same person has put a review on for loads of different Fantastic Cleaners based in totally different areas, at the same time. Please, please do not be fooled. The company are blaming the organisation they used to do their advertising but that is simply not good enough. If their vetting for their advertisers is so poor, imagine what the cleaners in your home might be like. ________________________________________________________ This disgraceful organisation is using my home address as their business address all over the internet. They are apparently based in London. Don't touch with a barge pole! If they do this to a total stranger, what will they do in your home?

Just used LT today and can not recommend it more highly…read more Here's how it went: --Booked on the LT website yesterday, requesting pickup today and dropoff today. --left a suitcase of clothes at the bell desk --LT picked up the suitcase and texted us to confirm --LT cleaned and folded our clothes, wrapped them in a plastic bag, and put the bag back in our suitcase --LT delivered the suitcase back to our hotel and texted to let us know it was there We were all ready to spend a couple hours of our vacation at a local laundromat, but spent about 20 extra pounds to be able to enjoy our morning in London. We have been very happy with the service, they manage to get out most of our long haired white cats fur out of the fabric, which he does appreciate. Especially when it comes to his dark coloured trousers. They have an offer of 5 shirts for 6£, but they now give us the price of 1.2£ a shirt no matter whether we give them in multiples of 5 or not. One of the benefits of being a regular. Service is quick and they pack clothes well on hangers and in plastic. Thy recycle both, so we just return them with the next bag of clothes. They have tailoring, alteration and darning facilities on the premises, but we haven't used them so far. #LiveLifeLikeLDN
