He claimed that he would resolve this issue by sanding, staining and refinishing them IN MY HOUSE??? Seriously? Since my last visit(a year ago) I have learned he had "attempted" to fix one of the other mistakes and failed miserably. The aforementioned customer was forced to accept a subpar finish they didn't originally choose and then sign a disclaimer that Kabinet Koncepts was no longer responsible for said cabinets after that. My white cabinetry is completely yellow at this point and an absolute eyesore. If I had to do it again I would have went to Dream Kitchen, ManorHouse or Patete like my wife wanted to.
