Ive spent over 3k on elecrrical cause of wiring ground issues that even my elecrrician said should have been found. Im having to buy a water pressure booster and water pressure is something that should be checked. Simple things like the toilet doesnt work/flush and a shower faucet that fell off in our hand on day 1. Shower that has no sealant around the surround.
